Wat Da Pho Express — Restaurant in Huber Heights

Yesterday for dinner, I decided to try a pho from the newly opened 'Wat da Pho' Huber Heights location at 7612 Old Troy Pk., Huber Heights, OH 45424. They opened Jan 1, and all this week there will be a 30% discount on all orders. I had already looked at the menu and knew what I wanted to try P4: Pho Dac Biet (Sliced steaks, meatballs, beef tendon, beef brisket, and beef tripe) $13.79. Cash is king at this location, they will charge 3% additional for card payments. I got my order to go, and it took about 10mins, there were quite a few people in the store. The meal comes in three parts, there is a bowl with the proteins, veggies and noodles. A large container with the broth, and a bag of fresh veggies, which consist of bean sprouts, lime, cilantro, basil, and slices of jalapeno pepper. We're only 5mins from Wat da Pho, so the broth was still hot. The broth was hearty, filling, and filled with umami, which I hoped it would be. They include a packet of chili sauce, so you can adjust the spice level. The noodles had the right texture, the meats were tender and savory. Adding the fresh veggies put the 'topping on the cake'. I didn't realize that slices of jalapeno were mixed in the bag..that was a hot surprise.. The pho bowl is pretty large, I couldn't eat it all! Hello, I’m really happy when writing this paragraph about my fav restaurant. I used to come a lot of restaurant but only one makes me always remember it. This is “Wat Da Pho Express, Huber Heights”. I really love this restaurant. So, Why I love it???. Firstly, food and drink are so good. U must try all of food and drink when coming here. I tried signature combo with “P4:Wat Da Pho; S1: Sandwich Special; D1: Brown Sugar Milk Tea”. It’s really good. I still remember them until now. Secondly, great employers. I love them. As U know, U had a lot of troubles in my first time. I didn’t know how to order, how to pay like tap or insert, where is restroom???,.. and they helped me. I love them so much. The staff was not really friendly. We had a few kids questions when ordering it almost seemed like the young lady was paying more attention to her phone than she was the register we had to ask for the chili oil which only had like a tiny drop in it and it kind of seemed like they got mad that we asked for extra even when I offered to pay for it, I will say the chicken is the chicken broth and the extra vegetables have plenty of meat inside of it. I didn’t really care for the meat, but I wanted a lot of meat that was plenty.
