Edit: this location has continually taken my order wrong, on multiple occasions, and today 05/25/22, they did again. I ordered the Buffalo sauced popcorn chicken, they brought out BBQ. I told the carhop, she went back in and almost immediately brought the Buffalo chicken out...however the chicken was cold, as if it had been sitting there. I was on my lunch break so I didn't have time to go back and get it corrected again. This is just a bad experience. I understand being busy but honestly, don't give a customer a cold product that's meant to be served hot. Unfortunately, I will probably not go back to this location due to the past few orders being wrong and not taken care of correctly. Avoid if you don't want to deal with something like this or make sure the order is absolutely correct before leaving. 5/10, won't order here again.
Edit: ordered Buffalo sauced jumbo chicken.... got BBQ. Asked for the 6 piece cheddar peppers...got the 4 piece. Might want to triple check your order, they will probably get it...
Read moreLast night doing door dash. We were on the other side of weatherford. Took us about 10 minutes to drive get the order. When we got to sonic push the button. Been waiting about 3-5 minutes someone to answer it. Finally one the workers came out and we told him no one has answer us yet. Gave him the name we were picking up for. He went inside and came back and said they are working on it. Another 15 minutes no food so ask another employee about the order said they are still working on it it. Another 10 minutes finally came out with one bag. No ticket on the bag. So we told it was double order. He went and checked and said be few minute. Came about another 10 minutes and they gave me the other order but it had drinks on it. So he had go back and get the drinks another 10 minutes before we got it. So going on a hour before we got the whole order. They said they were busy but had a lot open stalls so I don’t see they were that busy. Plus a car beside us left because no one answer them when they pushed a button....

For the second time now, I have ordered from their app, wait extra long after when I’m supposed to receive my order, and it’s wrong. Then I have to wait even longer to get my order correctly. There have been times I have ordered just a pretzel and a soda, and I’m sitting and waiting for over 12-13 minutes. Pretzels are no more than 2-3mins. For so much stuff that’s pre-made and ready, we can’t see to read the order properly, or be time efficient with an already fast order. Meanwhile, this hinders my commute to work.
