Leeann Chin — Restaurant in Hudson

This is an average of my rating for food and service. I love Hudson Leeann Chin’s food. Always fresh and tasty for decent prices. I give a 5-Star for quality of food. However, I must give only a 0-1-Star for the ability of the workers to honor requests. The only worker that I have ever spoke to that tried to right a wrong (such as missing food items on several occasions) is Siera. She is excellent. She listens and will go above and beyond to make things right. I am convinced that she is the only competent person working there. I go there frequently thus giving such a low rating equals problems with workers NOT following directions EVERY TIME. It is ALWAYS something that causes much frustration. And these are not unreasonable requests. As much as I am able, I am trying to live a zero-waste lifestyle. At the drive-thru I ask for no napkins, no plasticware, no sauces. When I get to the window to pay, I again ask for no napkins, no plasticware, no sauces. Without fail I get napkins, plasticware and sauces. Before they close the window, I try to give the bag back and ask that they take back the napkins, plasticware and sauces. They say that they cannot take anything back after I have “accepted” it. Sometimes I refuse bag until they make sure to remove napkins, plasticware and unwanted sauces. The straw that broke the camel’s back prompting this bad review, was the afternoon of 10/22/25. After telling them TWICE that I did not want any of that, I saw them put in plasticware into the bag with the food. Before I would accept the food, I asked them to take out all napkins, plasticware and sauces. The worker took out the plasticware. When got home and I took food out of the bag, it was all sticky. They included UNWANTED sauces (see picture) and one leaked all over the bag. I ended up with all of this unwanted WASTE and a mess besides. I called and the worker who I spoke with just said “Ya, OK”. There was No: sorry. I sure wish I'd encountered Siera for this visit. The food was terrible. The service was great. Tall, bald guy working the drive through was super thorough when I asked a question and he was very nice.

My food was mostly inedible. I got the spicy Mongolian chicken with Asian noodles, two pot stickers, an egg roll, and lemonade. The chicken was nicely spiced but so so tough and the veggies were either hard as rocks or super mushy. The egg roll was so gross it tasted like I was going to get sick from it. The potstickers were bland and dry on the edges like they were old. My strawberry lemonade was bitter?? The only thing I ended up eating was the noodles.

I know it’s fast food asian but I just expected more. Service was great, food was terrible. Save $20 and go...

Literally never order food from here unless you have a deal because they NEVER get it right. And the food is almost always bad. Whoever was working May 8th 12:30pm needs to be let go. Noodles were so soggy and mushy its like they were sitting for hours don't even get me started on how much soy sauce they covered it in?? Then my shrimp was supposed to he firecracker shrimp but there was so much soy sauce I felt like I got soy sauce shrimp and this isn't the first time this has happened.
