Update: the food was not redeeming and the BOH messed up the order. Upcharged for side subs that were ignored.

The service was so bad. Had an order placed for a 5pm pickup thru Doordash. When I got there 5 mins late, the place was straight up packed. Every table full. Bar full. Customers standing around in walking space and between tables. No masks to be seen on any of the foot traffic coming in and out of the building, not even employees were wearing masks. So eventually I get pointed to the bar to pick up my order where, when asked if my togo order was close to being done, the bartender gestured wildly and said "It's not done yet, so..." So I go back out to my car and wait for another 10 minutes. When I came back in and checked up, I got another sarcastic response saying "Well if you don't see it on the bar it's not here." Eventually, with the help of another bartender, the staff realized that their online ordering device hadn't even been turned on. After a total of an hour and a half of waiting for two burgers, I finally walked out of there with a meal. @HudsonTap needs to improve their togo system-- your employees were running around without a clue what was going on. There is not any designated area for you to wait for your food. The only free floor space puts you square in the middle of FOH traffic, customer traffic, and bathroom traffic. The disorganization is almost impressive. Normally I don't feel compelled to write negative reviews, but what really tipped me over the edge was the complete disregard for covid guidelines set by not just the feds but by your own state government. Had to update and add the 5th star. We have been here a few more times now and its turning into a favorite. The service has been stellar the last couple times now with Madison as our waitress. Very helpful and attentive, and additional food options we have tried have been good, pizzas and tacos. The hot honey is even growing on me now, and appreciate the tap selections for trying new items.

Original: Tried this place for the first time over the weekend. Wasn't sure if we'd be able to get a table at almost 6 on a Saturday evening but did happen to get right in. Didn't appear to be a wait, but a pretty constant flow of people in and out. Good views of lots of tvs. Didn't check out the arcade, we only had 1 of 3 kids with and she wasn't terribly interested. There were tables of kids coming in and ordering food and hitting the games though, so the games do appear worthwhile.

The food was good, did cheese curds and burgers. The double smashburger was better than expected. Seems burgers are hit and miss when out- over cooked or just not as good as described. These delivered and the French fries were really good. Cheese curds were good, but the hot honey sauce was a runny and not worth it. Someone needs to do a honey glaze and bacon covered curds...just putting ideas out there based on some other experiences.

A decent selection of tap beers with some unique ones to choose from, I usually like to try new beers or ciders. They also list a vew of the upcoming rotations as well. Overall a solid good experience, probably 4.5 stars if I were allowed fractions. Definitely worth going here for the food and beers, plus the opportunity for games if you have kids who...

I wish I could give either higher stars but I can't, we walk in and no one greets us so we decide to go sit at the bar and order a couple of waters while we try to decide what we want. when the Bartender came back I asked if we could order some cheese curds which she said they were having issues so that wasn't an option no big deal but then when she was recommending different options she seemed to get annoyed and told us she'll just come back to us. 15 minutes later we finally can order our food, an app and a pizza, the person who came way after us ended up getting his food first and then they brought the app and the pizza at the same time and unfortunately the pizza wasn't even cut and the cheese for the prezel was hard. Than our Bartender left without saying anything so when someone else came up asking if we needed anything else we were confused. I hope they just had an off night but I don't know when we will be back, if at all for awhile,

We tried it again today and unfortunately I can't change the review, the best part of it this time was our server Payton!! She was awesome and very friendly,, I got the platinum burger this time and my fiance got the Cubano. The onions on the burger we cold and gummy which Payton switched out for me right away but unfortunately the burger was way over cooked and the waffle fries were cold. you know its bad when the BBQ sauce they bring you is warmer than your food.
