This is one of my top pizza places! My favorite is the hot honey 🍯 pizza and I add fresh arugula on top after the bake. I went this time with some friends and had the stuffed mushrooms for the first time. Wow they are probably some of the best I've ever had! They ordered some salads and they were HUGE! The salads were fresh and come really a nicely rosemary seasoned crunchy flatbread. They do have an option for gluten free pizza as well. The service is so so, not horrible but not really. They seemed like really young kids. But, the quality of the food makes up for it! Definitely a must try establishment but I would recommend going at an off time or call ahead because the restaurant is pretty small.

A nice relaxed atmosphere blended with the bold taste of wood fire pizza. The simple ingredients set my pallet ablaze with the flavor of prosciutto and artichoke. The saltiness offsetting the tang of crushed San Marzano polmoldoro tomato. Truly a wonderful experience. I suggest leaving your comfort zone at the door and go for the best flavors you could want in a true woodfire pizza experience. Restaurant is small but had a cozy feel. Decor is simple but set the mood. All in all a must try when coming through hudson.

Update: The pizza has gone down in quality by a lot… Look at the edge of this pie (see pics) Please go back to your roots and put the same attention to detail you used to, I would love to come back next time we’re in town… I’m surprised the server didn’t have it remade after looking at it Original: INCREDIBLE been a while since I’ve had Neapolitan pizza The Rico (white pizza w/ asparagus, bacon, onion) 5/5 stars The tiramisu is one of the best i’ve ever had

The pizza is amazing. The staff is rude, unprofessional, slow, and don't know anything about service. They wouldn't last a day at a restaurant anywhere else. The dining room is small and insanely loud. The owner needs to put up sound deadening boards immediately. OSHA would force employees to wear ear plugs if they knew how loud it was. Lastly the businesses need to force Hudson to drop the paid parking on the street, what if you are simply picking up a to go order? Besides, this isn't downtown Minneapolis, you should not be charging to park, pathetic small town anti free mentality. I will never never be back that's for sure. Sucks too because again, the pizza was amazing. But there is amazing pizza all over the world, so Hudson isn't special enough for the rude, slow,...

Casual, modern vibe with friendly and efficient service. This place has delicious specialty pizza pies. I started with a small caesar salad which was crisp and fresh and then had one of the featured pizzas, the Oliva with 3 or 4 kinds of olives topped with cheese. Yum! There are plenty of vegetarian selections and you can build your own starting with a base of sauce, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil. They have lots of topping options from prosciutto to thai pepper infused honey. The crust is hand tossed. Pizzas are baked in a brick oven and come out fast. Just enough time to relax and enjoy a local brew. Wine and cider also available. Family friendly, but also cozy...
