They get order wrong half the time, but usually its easily fixed. Always get #2 no cheese, but they put cheese 50% of the time. I go inside on 4/23 at 5pm, to tell the girl at counter (VERY NICELY) Sorry, they put cheese, its supposed to be without. she looks at me like I threatened her 1st born child. She says: you want it regular, or no!?? Or no cheese? Yes?? Me: ..yes? I just w/out cheese, please. Yes! Regular!? No cheese! She storms off and tells the girl making the food - no cheese! They kept looking at each other weird, and looking at me. So now I'm watching her make it but then she goes out of sight. When it's done the girl comes to the counter and slides the bag at me, turns around and walks away without saying a word. At this point I don't even feel comfortable eating it, I'm sure they spit in it or did something shady, why are you walking out of sight?? Very suspicious. And why is she so upset with me?? I asked kindly. The order on drive thru screen clearly said NO CHEESE, but you still put it. Ok, no problem, just fix it. But it seemed like the end of the world, yikes! My son is lactose intolerant, he can't have cheese unfortunately. I'm all set with this place now - for the price I'll go to Mooyah or 5 guys. When I was inside I saw they have the owners phone# on the wall, maybe I'll call but I'm sure they're well aware whats going on. At least hire people who can be courteous. I changed the review from 2 stars to 1. Absolutely TERRIBLE service. I am a food delivery driver for a gig app and a paying customer. Tonight I ordered through the drive thru for myself and then got an order for the food delivery app I drive for. I went inside to pick-up the food delivery order and waited for 15 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me. Usually this food delivery app allows me to cancel an order without penalty after 8 minutes of waiting, but not tonight. There were paying customers inside waiting to be helped but were completely ignored. All of the workers were focusing on the drive-thru. One worker finally threw the bag at me on the counter and then walked away. I was trying to let him know that my order from the drive thru was missing two items. He ignored me and helped another customer. He wouldn't even acknowledge that I was speaking to him. Another worker, possibly manager finally assisted me. I get that not all restaurants like the food delivery apps, but to be ignored for 15 minutes was absolutely ridiculous. I went inside to pick up the DD order at 5:33PM and left at 5:48PM. They are very slow. The past few times I have gone there for iced coffee, it's wrong. The staff doesn't tell you which window to go to at the drive thru. There's...

If you are in a hurry, or like to receive what you actually ordered, probably best to bypass this place and head to BK down the road. Only thing that McD's has going for it is breakfast all day. But, I ask, what is the point of putting a breakfast sandwich on the McPick 2 for $5 menu if you end up waiting 8-plus minutes to get the thing? At one point a staff member came out and tried to give me two (2) decaf coffees. Almost funny if I hadn't been waiting for my "fast" food. I ordered McGriddle (Sausage, Egg & Cheese), waited 8 or so minutes to get it, and went inside where they told me they were waiting for "eggs to cook." Huh? Thought this was a regular menu item - what is the hold up? After waiting for the sleepwalkers behind the counter to acknowledge that I was there. When I finally opened the things I found no Sausage on the item that is described as containing sausage. Some of the staff - SOME OF THE STAFF - are pretty nice and are trying to do good work.
