Let me start off with a positive before all the negative. They have this gentleman that works in the lobby a couple times a week. He's great! I like him a lot. Always makes you smile! ❤️
Now, it's already hard for me to go into their restaurant to eat because I'm allergic to onions. So I finally found out I can do a chicken sandwich that I can eat and doesn't come into contact with onions. But today a kid was horribly disrespectful. He didn't come straight to the counter to do the meal, ignored others, but when he finally did he comes up doesn't really listen to anything I said. He finally got my coffees right and then turned away. When I got my food and coffees I see 3 cups. I asked him why. He said I ordered the combo and it came with a drink. I asked for 2 coffees. I thought he would have made 1 into a combo. Then I asked him for a sweet tea for it. He told me I asked for a soda. I told him how did I do that when I asked for coffees. He said I specifically asked for a soda. I told him I didn't ask for a fountain drink at all since I asked for the coffees. Then he refused to give me the sweet tea, then talked to others rudely about me when I'm still at the counter. Then when I get to work to eat I see my meal size is wrong and so are the extra fries. I asked for a large. I got a medium meal, and small fry. It's ridiculous. Unfortunately, I'm not going to go somewhere that now makes $16 an hour to be totally disrespected when me as a customer helps you as an employee of McDonald's earn your check. That now worries me with how he was acting. I always came in there because they respected my allergy to onions but now, with so much blatant disrespect lately there and how they don't seem to care about time management for the front or their customers I will go to Wendy's. Read moreWe stopped in to Hudson McDonald's to treat our daughter for an award she earned. We were in the neighborhood for my son's baseball practice at WRA and she chose to eat here. Being Hudson, I expected it to be really nice. We walked in and started using the kiosk. I noticed a man standing at the counter for awhile, while we made our selection. After some more time he yelled "can somebody take my order, jeeze". The girl in the back apologized as she was tending to the drive through. The man didnt need to ask like that and they dealt with him well and he went on his way. I went to find a table with my 6 year old and they were all filthy. I cleaned one with some hand sanitizer and the few napkins I could find. The napkin holder was empty, so I had to use some I found on a table. The drink lids were also out minus a few questionable ones scatters on the counter and the trash cans were over-flowing. A few people came in after we ordered and got their food to go before us (we ate in). The employees were very nice, but completely under staffed. For the money Hudson makes I am sure they can pay to staff them better. The girl apologized for our wait and stated they had a new cook, which I completely understand, but then you provide more staff. I believe I heard the poor girl say she hasn't even had a chance to eat. The food was good, hot, and our order was correct. The higher-ups can do better though. Read moreThis McDonalds has truly gone down hill over the last 10 years to the point where I will no longer visit. Todays experience was the last one for sure. I brought home 2 quarter pounders special order, and there is usually an issue with special orders here but they looked ok in the drive through (I learned to check orders from here before I pull away). Got home and my wife's was completely covered in salt, she wiped it off with a paper towel but it was still not consumable and I went to just return and go to Chipotle for her at this point. The manager an older lady stated I needed both burgers and a receipt to get a refund, well the order on the lid shows the order # and for $5.50 I would assume I would just take $3 and be done but there has to be drama. They remake it but this time with no salt/ pepper? I did not ask for that so I asked to have it re-made again correctly and there was quite a bit of attitude from the counter girl. The amount of attitude, the over priced coffee for some reason only at this location and terrible quality control is a great reason to avoid this one and Tomtreyco locations...
