I had not visited this location in 2 years due to a horrible experience, but decided to give them a try again. We ordered 2 chicken fries and fry combo and they were fresh and delicious, the second visit was 2 days later and we ordrred the same thing, the were cold and dried out, went in to complain and they remade them. Now for our third and last visit we ordered 2 whoppers with cheese one all the way no onions and the other just mayo ketcup and mustard, 2 small fries and drinks and chicken fries and lg frie combo. The chiken fries were old. The french frues were barely warm and the tomatoes were sliced rind the top part of the tomato with a whole in them. The meat was charlbroiled on one side and cold. Beought it to the attention of the manager, remade the hamburgers, which were a little bit warmee but only seared on one side, the meat on top had a uncooked texture to it, so i loooked at the mest and it was pink on both burgers, brought it to the managers attention. Left BK, called the next day, phone goes to full mailbox, got through and GM was not there. Called nexr day and got hold of the GM. She kept interrupting me and i told her she needed to hear me out so i started to tell her what i experienced and realized she put the phone down and started to help cusromers never picked the phone baxk up. So i have called corporate and am waiting for feedback. Will keep you posted on how this was handled, because the GM at this locatoon doesn't give a s**t, nor does she answer or delete messages for her business phone. Today i went to Burger King and I Order on my phone the APP and i got the $5 meal and i put Large Cup Drink the employee ask me you ready to order or pick up. i said to pick up i did on my phone he was black guy employee i didn't see his Name tag he was wearing Glasses he just give the bag of the food no cup to drink. i was getting mad i try to reach out some employee's they act like they don't see me until a mexican employee came she had makeup on she ask me you here to pick up the Order or pick up. i said I Order on my phone the APP they didn't give no cup to fillup my soda which is Root Beer Soda the mexican employee Rather to give me a small Cup I wasn't UNHappy at all. i order Large size of the cup and they rather to give me small cup like ya'll can't see or read. well the mexican employee took my phone to see the order that now a good employee's at all. i still unhappy. it's Probably happen to other's people that order on the Burger King APP and ya'll do this. we wasting money that they didn't give us the right cup .... Read moreWhen I got to the DT order station there was a car in front of me that waited to order at least 3 minutes. Then when i finally got to the order station I plainly asked for a #2 Combo Bacon egg cheese croissant with a medium Dr. Pepper thinking it would make it easier for the cashier. When "She" replied she asked "did you say a Taco?" I said no didn't know you had tacos and it sounded nothing like that, repeating I want a BEC combo with a medium Dr. Pepper. She came back and asked "did you say a coffee?" I said no Dr. Pepper which sounds nothing like coffee. I do apologize I was a bit irritated. When I drove around there were 4-5 cars waiting in line. After 5 minutes I finally jumped the curb and left. I was not irritated with the cashier but management who apparently just stuck somebody at the drive through who had not been trained properly the cashier was not familiar with the menu which is key and nobody was pulling forward to wait like most places to help get the cars all waited on. This is a sign of improper management, the manager if they were even there should have been involved with customer service but was probably just sitting in their office oblivious. Not going there again. Dining room looked empty just the drive thru had customers which should have been given fast customer service.
