I was in line to order right before closing at 9:56pm, there was a young lady with long black hair wearing a cap that appeared aggitated because she couldn't convince a driver two cars ahead of me to pull in the next lane. She went after the driver behind him and he did respectfully. She gave some orders to a gentleman that was doing a great job taking my order and passed up an opportunity off to him to assist another waiting car as she shuffled in the building and began to rapidly remove her vest, money compartment chamber, and lay down her iPad. As aggitated as she appeared I thought she had to go to the restroom but she scurried into the kitchen area. My order is in by 10:01pm and we receive the order as a last car at 10:22pm. The fries were cold after sitting in the window under the fan, the ice cream I requested was given to the car in front of me and the machine was now turned off as per the girl with the long black hair and look of aggitation. The food was throwed together as if this is what you get for being a last order (my first time ever). I was given one drink, and as I waited for my second drink a large lemonade, I was told the machine had been turned off and there wasn't anymore. I asked how did the lady in the car in front of me receice an ice cream cone was that mine, I was told ("we put hers in the freezer") before turning the machine off. My receipt was not in my bag and I requested it for proof of purchase so I can make sure I contact corporate. The girl with the long black hair stated, ("just give her this and it's the only size it comes in"), a medium size cup of ?, in place of a large lemonade I ordered, no thank you. We get home with the cold cold not even warm waffle fries (and yes I mentioned they were cold at the window and not even considered an offer to have them replaced). However, the grand finale was what we saw after arriving back to the house, THE MACARONI & CHEESE. My daughter said mom I'm not eating that, my response ("I don't blame you"), entire meal shot down. To the workers: I know your day was probably long but don't blame the people who are supporting the business to keep you employed, if you don't want to work clock out and don't come back (no one is holding you hostage). To the gentleman that took my order and responded with MY PLEASURE, I pay for customer service (thank you), I have noticed in the last few months not to many workers are replying after being thanked. To the lady with the long black hair someone take her back through customer service, hand washing training, and keep her away from customers and employees until she is fit for duty. Negative energy spreads like wild fire, CHICK-FIL-A has built a brand on friendly service, don't loose the momentum.è To the young man who handed me my food thank you for your beautiful smile and pleasant interaction, had you showed the frustration and aggitated looks I got at the window I received from the young ladies ready to go home; I would have asked for my money back. This is what the macaroni and chese looked like, I was so dissatisfied with how they threw this together it's now 11:45pm and I have not touched anything in the bag. Fallcreek CHICK-FIL-A seriously don't play with...
Read moreI went to the Location at 9525 N Sam Houston Pkwy E Humble, TX 7739. I ordered my food through the driv thru. I paid with the app and the young man that took my order asked if it had took the money away. At first it had not. I refreshed my app and their was a deduction from the available funds. He told us to pull forward. I get to the window and the young lady stated our food was not done. They continued to distribute food to the cars behind us. Finally, she asked what we ordered. We told her and she begins to look on the screen. She says she doesn't see it. We told her we had ordered and to speak with the gentlemen who had taken out order. She begins speaking to her colleagues. She then starts to input our order again. The colleagues appear to still be looking for the order. We then ask what's going on. She says they can't find the order. We asked who was the manager and three people said they were. One of them asked us to pay again. At this point I am furious. We asked for the direct manager. He said his name was Marco. We show him our transaction history and the funds were added minutes before we got to the window. I then show him my depleted app. He keeps going on how he cannot find the order. We finally go inside and by this time the gentleman who took our order is there and vouched for our payment.HE AGAIN tells us he can't find the order. After a long 12 hour shift this is not what I want to encounter as if we were lying/scheming or something. I told him I didn’t care about the system because that has nothing to do with me. I paid (with two ways to verify) and I want my food. He finally gave us the food. After the guy who took our order vouched or maybe after I showed him the money in my transaction history he should’ve gave us the food. However, he wouldn’t let it go that the order wasn’t showing up. I’m sorry i dont know what to tell you. I don’t work for IT. Dealing with this drama caused me to miss an...
Read moreUsually I have great experiences at this location until recently. Not sure why asking for extra noodles will "ruin every other customer experience" as it was explained to me, but that is complete and utter nonsense. Given that I don't eat meat, and would still like to give you my business I found other things for me to eat, but flat out it was just nasty and unnecessary. Not only did I not get what I asked for but the soup had almost NO noodles in it, which I presume would have been discovered if it was taken back like I had initially asked. Even other bowls of soup hadn't looked so poor. It was literally all broth and maybe a scoop of vegetables. The rest of my food was disgusting. The mac and cheese was over cooked and mushy, my fries were cold even after I asked for them to be cooked fresh. Tell me you don't want my kind to come back without telling me, eh? Wish granted. Not that it will ever ding your pockets I am sure, but I definitely expected way more from your location which is why I passed the one up closest to my house to get to yours. At the risk of getting crappy service for life since you have created a convenient scenario the team is trained on to handle the lady asking for extra noodles in her soup you can be certain I will never grace your location again to put your teams through such...
