Updated review:I ordered nacho bel grande with toppings on side 9/20/22. Paid for extra meat as well as extra cheese. Received order, portions seemed small(extras that were paid for). Was told by worker(possibly a manager) my order was correct. Ordered the same EXACT thing today 9/21/22 minus the extras and received the SAME EXACT portion sides. Disappointed I paid extra and did not receive previous day. Will not be visiting again.
Review 2021: Their service is fast, however, the quality of the food that they serve you is horrendous. I would rather wait an additional 2-3 minutes for my order as opposed to receiving something that I end up throwing away. It's Taco Bell, I get it. You don't expect to receive a 5 star meal... however, I don't expect to receive a meal that I honestly wouldn't feed to a pet either. The way these orders are prepared, you can definitely tell that management is more concerned with quninaty over quality. Fortunely for me, this meal was free due to a previous mishap at this location, therefore I really didn't care that I had to throw the entire order away. The service is usually pretty good and consistently so across employees, so whoever is hiring seems to be good at picking people for the customer facing stuff, but order three of the same burrito and some cinnamon twists, and you'll probably get three burritos with such vastly different proportions of ingredients that they're effectively 3 different burritos and there'll be a 90% chance that youll need to scoop the carelessly dumped cinnamon twists back into their little bag. We all understand that there's literally 0 difficulties presented by the problem of how to set something upright. Anyone who can drive themselves to work can set an object upright. It's not like, a super special niche skill that you normally have to ask about in the hiring process, but maybe yall should try that because the blindfold and dartboard approach to hiring food handlers clearly...
Read moreThe service here is awful. I have never experienced what I have experienced at this Taco Bell. I placed an online pickup order through the app. A tall skinny white guy in a black Taco Bell shirt gave me my drinks. I had wanted both drinks with no ice. So he handed me the first drink and said, “here’s your first drink, no ice” and “here’s the second drink.” I said, “sorry, I wanted to get both drinks with no ice.” He told me that the only thing he could do was give me another cup. I asked him what I’m supposed to do with an empty cup and he said and I quote, “you can pour your drink yourself, from cup to another.” I was pretty much speechless at his words. Never have I ever experienced something like that ever. This guy knows absolutely nothing about customer service. What is Taco Bell thinking when keeping this...
