Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Humble

The absolute worst Popeyes I've ever visited. This is the 2nd time and last time for me. The first time, I gave the benefit of the doubt and assumed they were just having a bad night. Nope! I made the mistake of returning. I ordered via website and picked up my order. Items were missing and substituted and they didn't even tell me. I asked the employee at the window if everything was in the bag. She said, "check." 🙄 I of course did. I let her know my Mac N cheese was missing. Her reply "we're out". Okay. So you were just going to charge me and not say a word? The manager then comes to the window - My 2 fish sandwiches were substituted for chicken sandwiches. I asked about that she said they stopped having fish 3 weeks ago. Yet (1) the website let me order it. (2) The bright sign outside said "fish is back" (3) they didn't even ask or let me know about substitution. All while the manager is handling she was rude and acted like all this was my mistake and I was bothering...

Came thru drive thru to order , couldn’t under stand the person taking my order .. I had to repeat it several time Shrimp & tenders spicy with fry’s & unsweet tea !! Very simple right !!! The person wouldn’t allow me to speak kept cutting me off til I finally said Can I please speak !!!! Get to the window & some kid takes my credit card to pay $11 & change ok , get my drink ( which by the way is massive SWEET TEA ugh ) my food come out , I check the bag it’s all not correct !!! I get a kids tender meal with brisket no shrimp & TONS of Fry’s !! I go back in with my receipt & asked about my shrimp that I was charged for . What you didn’t get shrimp back & forth with the kitchen as to my food finally get my shrimp ( not Spicy by the way ) Come on now Popeyes !!! You really gotta do better , I am a GM & this is inexcusable all the way around since I was literally the only car in your drive thru & you still messed...

First thing is don't use your Apple pay always pay with a credit card when I first pulled up to the window a gentleman ask are you going to pay with Apple pay I replied no. My order was $18 and some change I gave the gentleman a $20 bill he gave me the change back he kept my $1.00 dollar when I said hey you owe me a $1.00 dollar he said oh and gave me my $1.00 dollar back. The gentleman was very sweet to me he told me he was going to drop me fresh fries and they did not have fries but guess what the fries was fresh you tried to keep my $1 and only gave me the change back you also gave me very very very very very very old chicken people and fast food is beginning not the even love their job love is cooked in the food I repeat do not pay with cash I repeat do not pay with cash unless you have exact cash please pay with credit...
