I just left from eating with my parents. We have always enjoyed the food. The service isn’t always the best but the food makes up for it except for today. we had to ask 5 different people for a to go box my mom has to go to the counter to ask a 6th person who then talked very rudely and loud to my mom, it was a lady behind the counter, she told my mom very loudly “to go sit down and stay there until she brings her the boxes” exact words.the restaurant was not busy. We then saw her put the boxes and container and bag at the counter and turned to the cashier. We waited a few more minutes the lady was just standing there then my mom went to the counter said if those were for her she said yes so then my mom took them. We packed our food I was walking out with my son and carrying his to go box when I heard someone talking loudly. I then turned around and an older gentlemen, well not that much of a gentlemen to yell at a customers that older men was now yelling at my mom telling her she cannot take that her pho. My mom explained to him that is her left overs she had already paid and she should be allowed to take her left overs if she feels like it. The man argued with her and told her she can’t take her food my mom said yes she can she paid for it then he told her she can’t come back. I’m trying to figure out why she can’t take her left overs home after they gave us the containers. If the policy of the restaurant had changed they should had told us instead of giving us the containers giving us the impression that we can take our left overs home just like every other restaurant let’s u. This was the worst experience I had at this restaurant and any other restaurant. Definitely don’t think I will be going again. I over looked their service but yelling at a customer is not ok and very unprofessional and his age shouldn’t excuse it. Read moreI really like the food and feel it's a much healthier option when eating out. I don't know of any cuisine like this in the area so it saddens me to say their service is HORRIBLE! I will never eat IN this restaurant again; have not tried take home. I kept giving this place a try but had a bad experience everytime. They really don't have enough space to function as a sit down restaurant and the room is so jammed packed with tables that it is a very unpleasant seating arrangement. Not comfortable at all, not handicap or highchair friendly. There isn't a defined entry area/wait to be seated area. Everyone tramples in on each other and then people who are finished have to push their way out. If you are sitting at the table by the door you literally have new customers breathing on you. I don't know how you would fix this other than moving? This space is more for like an ice cream parlor, nail shop, game shop, etc. Some things that should be easier to fix is the under trained wait staff. There is no time management or management at all. After waiting too long to be seated, you will wait even longer for the initial visit from the waiter and drink order. Everything is delayed, you have to request drink refills, you have to request ice for the under iced drinks, you will be lucky if your order doesn't get skipped/forgotten and then it's a task to get the bill, pay it then get...
Read moreThis is the first time I’m having a complaining about a service, I’ve been coming here for years Always buying to eat at the place or to go,today I tried to call but nobody answered the phone,so I was close to the place so i showed up in the drive thru to place an order in person, so I drove there and the drive thru was empty when I arrived, so I asked the guy if I could place an order cause nobody answered the phone and he say yes so he took my order and then a couple mins later a lady came to me yelling, telling me that next time I should call before arriving cause i wasting their time in the line, gurl nobody was in the line,I told her that I called before,and I even showed her my phone calls and she saw them! and she still had the audicity to tell me that next time try to call more cause she always carry the phone in her pocket to answer, my blood boil cause she approached to me very rude, that was so disappointing cause after that i saw her thru the door and she was complaining about me with his coworkers.
