Wendy's — Restaurant in Humble

I really do love the food here, I love Wendy's food in general. My only thing about this store in particular, it messes up my order occasionally. I've gone here over 10 times and even had done a food run for coworkers. It never was the order taker that messed up, it's when they hand me the food. Mostly it's when I ask for sauces, I always get honey mustard, they forget to put it in the bag. The worst experience I have had with this is when it was slow on a weekday, I ordered the Spicy Asiago sandwich and a drink. I pull up and notice the order taker and cashier are chatting about some hot chick that was in the drive thru, whatever, they are boys it's normal. They hand me a bag and then as I am about to leave the lot, I open the bag and it's a small burger from the dollar menu. WAY off the mark. I had to park and walk in and bring this to their attention and get it fixed. It's not enough to deter me, since it's mostly the guys at the windows not paying attention, it just means I am checking the bag before I leave the window and slow down the line a bit. Especially if it's a larger order and especially if I see those guys...

I ordered a Dave's single meal with no onions or tomato. This shows up on the receipt. They still gave me tomatoes. The fries were greasy and soft and had a weird taste to them.

The worst part, however, is the drinks. They had no powerade. They had no tea that I could serve myself. I had to ask at the counter for tea, and I Can See Clearly through the cup that the tea was severely watered down. It did not have the tea color. There was only the faintest taste of tea along with something else that I couldn't really put my finger on but I didn't want to drink it anymore. There was something that was definitely not tea in my beverage.

I proceeded to pour it out and rinse my cup out with water from the machine and getting water instead. I paid for a drink and wound up with a water.

I went to this Wendy's over two others because this was a 3.9 and they had 3.5. This one doesn't deserve the 3.9 it has. Maybe it's great most of the time, but every part of my meal was...

Ordered online through Google maps on 4/27/21. Order was supposed to be ready between 5:08 & 5:18. Arrived at 5:05 & parked in reserved parking space. I sat there until 5:20 no one ever came out to acknowledge me. I went to drive thru window to ask about my order. There were 5 workers at the window. No one even knew there was an online order. The guy looked it up & found my order. I asked for my money back 3 times because I didn't have time to wait "the whole purpose for ordering online no waiting." They scrambled to make the order, throwing it together. I was highly upset, the nuggets were over cooked and tasted old and I was late to where I was supposed to be. The worse part is while I waited 15 minutes for someone to bring out my order there had only been maybe 5 cars to go through drive thru and no one in the lobby. So why was I waiting.
