So we ordered from this location last night, 02/14/19. I called first to ask if they delivered since it was 11:15pm and he said no, which is understandable, so I went on to order carry out online. I ordered a pizza, breadsticks, Cinnabon’s, and bone out wings. 5 minutes later I got a call saying that they weren’t serving wings anymore because they were closing. I feel like they should say online things are not available after certain hours. Well when my husband got home with the food, to our surprise the beef on our pizza was still cold and weren’t given the marinara for the breadsticks!! The garlic on the bread sticks was still thick as if it didn’t melt all thru. It was too late to call back because it was closed. So my husband, upset, had to leave and get food from another place. Today, next day we call the store and are asked to bring the food back, which I put in the oven to finish cooking because our child couldn’t wait for my husband to get home with the other take out! Specially since it was already too late for her to be up. We brought in the boxes with food, only missing 2 slices which is a good sign that there was something wrong with the food. The manager offered us a $16 CREDIT our order was $16.24. Disregarded the inconvenience!! Even after we said we lived 45 minutes away and were just in the area house sitting. So not even a full credit and not even anything for the inconvenience. So basically we were forced to order at that moment or be at all total loss. A young gentleman working in front reply no that they weren’t accepting any orders ! Okay fine so I’ll just placed an online for the brownies since they apparently were accepting online order additionally my first order read on the status screen inside the store that it would be ready at 8:14 pm so I decided to wait In the car until both order were complete.I placed an online order for the brownies and the order was accepted with a conformation # , however shortly after I received a phone call from the store stating the where not accepting order , I stated to the female that my order read ready on screen she replied that it’s not even in oven yet and they’re not accepting orders. First off all there was no sign prior to entering the store that they were not accepting orders via carry out or online and my first order read ready according to the screen on store so how it’s not ready. It’s a very wet night in Houston and I came to store with my children to expitdite their meal time since delivery was an hour or so . I will be forwarding my complaint to headquarters . If you’re overwhelmed with orders for a Friday night that’s issue that need to be address but the lack of customer service sucks at this location they could have placed a sign or stop online orders from being placed. Read moreThe worst EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD with a company. For one, it was about 8 of us waiting and the cashier had to ask everyone for there tickets because things were out of order. The GM, a lady, who refused to give her name shouldn't hold the position she has. She was rudely yelling at her staff members where everyone could hear! After I grew tired of waiting (10-20 estimate wait time, but I waited an hour) I kindly ask the young man for a refund. All of sudden this nasty attitude having woman comes from the back questioning "why you want your money back," verbatim!.. Told her it was taking to long! Her response was "well we're busy ". I told her I understand that but what I don't understand is why ppl who are coming in, who ordered way after me and everyone else in here, are getting food before me! She told me "you don't know that". I told her that there ORDER TIME on their ticket is after mine. She gives me this nasty look and told the young man just give the money back but at the same time yelling "we're busy and you can't wait for some pizza?". So I told her yes you are busy and unorganized!... after that comment I made all h* broke loose. Instead of apologizing for the wait and just kindly refunding the money she questioned me and got rude with me. Curse words were thrown, insults were made and it was down right the WORSE EXPERIENCE I have ever encountered with management!
