Subway — Restaurant in Huntersville

What a joke nothing like the advertisement this is pure false advertising the lunch meat was cut as thin as typing paper I don't care if you are charging $6.99 for it it's not worth it all it is is a bunch of salad throwed in the middle of a bun with barely any meat at all then to add insult to injury they charged me $10.19 for the damn sub it was supposed to be 699 I even mentioned it to the order taker and it took them forever to put it together because they acted as if they'd never even made a sandwich before one of them couldn't even speak English hardly I had to keep leaning in saying what? Went in today and received horrific service from one of the employees. At what point will managers hold these workers accountable? I came in with a promotional offer and the employee had an attitude about it and refused to apply it. I have used one like this before and I knew which items were excluded. Prior to this visit, another location happily applied the discount and thanked me for my business. So what is wrong with this specific location???? I even encouraged the employee to read the details so that he would see that I was right, but he refused. I guess either because he couldn't read or just refused to do so. Probably the worst Subway I have ever been to. I don't do negative reviews often but this place is a special kind of terrible. Located in a very busy shopping area, there was one guy working today, who I think was about 35 minutes into his first shift ever at a Subway, trying to fill the orders of the people coming in, the online orders and check everyone out. Zero sense of urgency for filling orders, whispered everything he said so you couldn't understand him, and had no help when he very clearly needed it. Pretty sure there was a person in the back, who just chose not to come out and help this poor kid. Pitiful management and zero training....
