THE GOLDEN FALAFEL — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

I forgot the name of the gentleman who made my falafel but he did an impeccable job. The falafels were freshly scooped and fried and all of the sauces were so completely delicious and magnificent. He whipped me up a juice from scratch and it was perfect. I I was really impressed that with the ingredients you use to make the juice the pour out of the blender was the exact amount of the cup he poured it into. I don't know if I've ever seen that in my life!! I love a good falafel and this is the best falafel I've had in... I don't even know when. I could tell that the gentleman making my food really cared about it. I wish I remembered his name but I'll be back many times.
