Starbucks — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

I really did not enjoy my experience this morning. The issue being that I waited 20 + minutes for my drink and would have had to wait more if I didnt inquire about it. I ordered the drink at 8:09 am and didn't get it til 8:30 am . That is way too long for a simple drink. Not only did they not call out my name but they didnt even put a sticker on it to identify it was mine. And it was not like they were behind becuase other customers came after me and got thier drink before me. I am a gold member and stop by starbucks frequently and I am dissapointed by the service. Also, I want to add that the place is small and cramped so there is just not all move around room. Lastly, there were people taking bird baths in bathroom washing thier hair in the sink (I know cus I walked in on them by accident) making the wait for the bathroom...

I have many reviews of the different Starbucks I go to. I can say the coffee is fine but the chain has lost its luster for me. These store have turned into homeless shelters. They stink the floors are dirty and the people that choose the loiter there are of that caliber. The people there are happy it seems. The trash is piled up and don't get me started on the bathrooms. The homeless go in there and take a cat bath in the sink , make a total mess. If you want me to start posting the pictures of how dirty they are then like this review! Very convenient being located right at the corner of Beach and Garfield. Though the busy location the atmosphere was quiet and calm for a Sunday at 6pm. I'm sure like other Starbucks franchises, they have their insane rush hours. But my personal experience was fantastic. Clean just about spotless atmosphere along we with the employees I can across were more than willing to help and get right on my order with smiles on their faces. It may be bias considering your visit mainly consists of dealing with the cashier but she was an absolute angel. Don't try and mistake her for a push over but she deserves the recognition for the work she does. Side note, if you're in the fellowship this Starbucks is walking distance to HOW Hall.
