Beyond underwarm . Lot of old outdated stuff . Dirty shoes. I was expecting higher brand but you can find a lot of fast fashion like zara , cheap polyester . They did have a few coach and lululemon. Prices r all over the place. Some good some ridiculous . I walked in walked out empty handed . Being in hb i was expecting higher end clothing . The few premium designers are FAR behind the counter very unpracticle .why not put them in lock glass stands instead where people can actually see the goods ? I was not impressed by this pacticular location.to their credits everything is organized by size which i did appreciate and there are rooms to try the clothes on . Fyi reading is essential no one said or used the word damaged just dusty DIRTY ( huge difference). No said you are getting item for free either 🤷‍♀️ .agree this isnt a goodwill .just that the selection of hand picked clothes isnt all that it was old and outdated . I dont have a pb with the price being higher than goodwill only when a brand like zara or target ambiance are price close to or same as new retail i might as well buy it new . Again not a bad store i rather shop here than goodwill . Just need improvement . Its constructive...

I am reading comments and am a bit surprised. I have now been to this store to sell multiple times. I am an older seller and have to say all the staff were friendly, attentive and very personable. I bring a lot in when I come and they help me lift bags if needed. I know a lot of people get upset when they don’t buy their clothes but they have to choose items that sell in this location and it is not the fault of the buyer if they cannot take what you might think is an amazing item. What I do is I like to see what items they take from me and I’ll ask questions as to why they pass on a certain item. I then won’t bring the same type of item next time. I have also sold at the Costa Mesa and Mel rose locations and also received excellent customer service. Every location services a different area so they all may not take in the same items. As to how much they pay you, it’s more than you will get if you were to sell at a garage sale or donate to the thrift store so I am...

For sellers: The wait time is extremely long. I waited an hour and a half for my bag to be checked. There were two people infront of me in the line with 2 employees going through bags. However, the employees were on their phone and computer scanning, google imagining and researching EVERY SINGLE ITEM checking to see if it was trendy or worth any money etc. I know this because I could hear them talking amongst eachother “omg look at this shirt. Did you google image it? How much is it going for? Check before you buy it”

Honestly this is not time spent efficiently. Just look at the item and decide whether or not you want to buy.

Lastly, after waiting an hour and half they finally went through my bag and only purchased 2 items. A black purse and a worn out Forever 21 activewear top. I was baffled. None of my other timeless pieces were bought like leather jackets/leather pants, blazers, sweaters that were listed to be “in season” etc. just...
