Unbelievably rude. I just left this establishment and I just cannot believe how unbelievably rude The girls who work there are. I don't think it's asking too much if someone is preparing your food to not have their hair fully down hanging over your food. I used to work in food service you're definitely supposed to have your hair up when you're preparing food per the health department. For sanitary and safety reasons. So one of the girls with green hair had her hair down and I asked if she was going to put her hair up because she was making a sandwich. I didn't say anything else. I didn't make any negative comments or yell, I only asked if she was going to put her hair up because you're supposed to have your hair up when you're making food, And I thought maybe she forgot. Her and her coworker Lauren completely flew off the handle with the rudeness gaslighting me with accusations just for asking and expressing concern. I hate making this review since the food is great. The customer service, attention to detail and owners attitude is the problem. About a month ago I placed an internet order for PU. I arrived and they could not find the order right away. After looking it was found. 15 min later I had my food. Not one word of apology. Today I placed an order for two sandwiches for PU at 11am. I like ordering online and picking up quickly. I got an email saying my order was not received. I called them as requested and they said the order had been received. I told them I would be in at 11 for PU. They said ok. When I arrived at 11am the order was not ready. I informed the owner of my displeasure the reply that it will be ready soon. No apology.
