La real michoacana hp — Restaurant in Huntington Park

Nothing special about this location, ice cream and drinks are fine, service needs improvement.. the man working on Sunday afternoon. when I visited.. just is not a people's person. Was insulted when girlfriend asked to sample a juice.. he said "this is not like the other michoacanas" in a rude manner, I then ordered a scoop of Nuez ice cream and scoop of rocky road.. he asked "what size, Lg Md Sm? I was a little confused but said Small.. then says "No you can't get small that's 1 scoop, med is 2 scoops and lg is 3 scoops ".. how am I supposed to know that 🤔 then obviously your supposed to sell me the med.., so then he asks "which one do you want first?"... 🤔 I reply whichever.. he then says "we'll you tell me!".. I can tell he's upset at this point so I calmly repeat Nuez and rocky road.

Not going back to be honest, there's plenty of other locations with much...

The woman who assisted me today was extremely rude and dishonest. She claimed she told me the wait time was 15 minutes and that people usually call ahead, but this was my first visit, and I had only a 30-minute lunch break. Instead of assisting promptly, she had me standing there while she was preparing an agua fresca. I will never return to this place. Her attitude was disrespectful, and as someone who works nearby, I will be advising my Altamed colleagues to avoid this location as well. And she charged me $7.00 dollars for an auga fresca that she stated was free...

The lady had good customer service, the only thing I I didn’t like is that the mango raspado was like sour instead of sweet.
