I am irritated with this place because every time I go the people that work there are giving attitude. Today I went through the drive thru at around 7am and ordered a Venti cup of water, a breakfast sandwich, a pastry and a hot chocolate. When we get to the window they charge me and then hand me a grande cup of water, so i called the girl out like two times and then told her i ordered a venti. She rolled her eyes and took the drink and came back with a venti. Then after driving away I get to work and realize that they gave me the wrong drink instead of a hot chocolate i got a grande blonde flat white! If you don't like working at a place that serves people don't work there but your attitude over mixing up the size of a cup of water resulted in bad customer service and another error in drinks. Many people wish they had any job they can get and on New Year's Eve this girl decides to give attitude when I was nothing but polite. Literally ruined my day, I am pregnant and have really bad morning sickness which is why i went in to order my drink and food and now i have to go to another Starbucks and get the drink i originally ordered all because i asked for what i originally ordered. Read moreI don't know what's going on with this location. They have done my order wrong 3 times and its usually when I order more than 3 drinks... Ive been loyal to this location for 2 years and i got to know some of the employees. This used to be my favorite location, but it seems like they don't pay attention anymore. I guess because of covid they aren't the same anymore.... Also, i feel like it was a bad idea to put the yellow railing for the drive thru. In that case, they could have left it like it was with the railing on the opposite side so the line would start forming inside the parking lot... Edit: I don't know what was going on through the batista mind but Why would they give grinded coffee in 2 cups! Why? Should've been better off ordering...
Read moreComing here can be good, however there will be times that either one they are too busy, and they don't have enough employees or their printer machines go offline, or just minor errors they may make. However they tend to have good customer service. Please be kind to the people here, sometimes I see customer scream or say things that are out of place. They just renovated the place seems really comfortable. I usually do mobile orders just to go and get out quick (but beware sometimes it can take up to 20 minutes to get your order too).
