Food wise, ai always love the quesadillas, but service made me want to Hulk Smash.

I was with a friend who has a brain tumor, and so it can take her a moment. The Bartender was so rude to her, since ai dont know names it was the fake Blonde Bartender who looks like shes always smelling something bad. It was funny to hear her try to fake her voice smile.

Anyways ... She was rude to her, but meal wise her meal was less than 20, but she had no smaller bills to tip. She hands the Bartender 2 20s, to get some change for a tip. The bartender assumed the 23 extra dollars was her tip. I had to call her out on that one. "You seriously think she was giving you a $23 tip on a $17 meal?" .. My friend felt horrible, but it was just because of the bartender. Ive been a server, even there before, and you always give the person their change and let the tip be what is left on the table. The Bartender may not have known her exact diagnosis, but its not hard to tell that my friend has something cognitively wrong with her. Shes a great person, so she hates to get upset with peoplez but she even tried to ask a couple times about change. Every attempt she made for attention was denied. The other bartender said that She could not be involved with her orders. I personally understood what she was meaning to say, but the only servers that didnt look completely drugged out or famished were 45+.

My review is not the most PC, but this girl was horrible .... Again, food was good, although I didnt get 1 refill until my togo cup.

I just wanted to hop behind there and take care of the customers ... it boiled me how badly their serving staff looked and acted at this restaraunt. Kids born after 2000 who cannot communicate, and women 45+

Theres a reason i always sit at the Bar, but thats because I expect the service will be poor, and thay keeps me in...

Popped in for desert and drinks with the 30 minutes we had in-between the completion of our dinner elsewhere and the movie we wanted to catch. It took our server about 8 minutes from being seated to come take our drink orders. At that time we gave our full order; a desert, a beer, and a mixed drink. The desert only took about 5 minutes to arrive, but the beer took an additional 3 minutes on top of that and the mixed drink took another 4 minutes to appear. All told, we finished everything up around the time the movie was to start, not a big deal due to previews and it being just down the street, except that when the bill came and the card was run there was a discrepancy of over $6 (total was around $18 and card was charged around $25). We had to sit an additional 7 minutes trying to catch the waitresses eye. She finally came back, and as soon as the complaint was raised had an immediate response (something about hitting the seasonal beer instead of the one I actually ordered), as if she knew she had messed up but didnt care/was too lazy to correct it right away and just hopped that we wouldnt notice. It took another 8 minutes for it to be finally corrected and my card returned. At this point we decided to not attended the movie, because we were both highly looking forward to it and did not want to miss the first 5-10 (or even more) minutes of the movie. I do not know if they were short staffed or what, but it was a saturday night, the place was not that packed (plenty of empty tables), and we made it clear from the start we were trying to get dessert and...

In spite of it being around dinner hour the restaurant was not busy. It was me and my husband we was seated right away with no wait. We was given a little more time than what we needed to look over the drink menu once the waiter took our drink order we was given more time to look over our meal menu. He came back without our drinks but took our food order. There was a group of 4 that came in after us and was seated at the table next to us. We seen they was served their drinks then came their dinner and we are still waiting on our drinks. After about 30 to 35 minutes he brings our drinks saying they had to find a mix to complete my husband drink still no food. The party of 4 have now finished their meal. 1 hour and 5 minutes we waited and still no food was served we stop our waiter and explain we have waited long enough that we had to be somewhere else that we was on a time frame and we had to go. He was supposed to be getting our check but comes back with our food we tell him we had already told him we had to leave he walks away to only come back with our bill that has not only our 2 drinks but the bill for our food. He tells us he will have to have our meal deducted so still here we are waiting again we end up leaving 20$ for a 12$ bill. The service was unacceptable and our waiter was rude. We arrived hungry and left over an hour later still hungry. If your wondering our food order was the sampler plater so their was no reason for us to have waited as long as we did. We are very unhappy with the service...
