If you’re looking for some fast ‘Italian’ food, this is the place for you. I eat here at least once a month. The food is decent and the price is okay. I will say the breadsticks, if fresh, are outstanding.
The cleanliness of the shop is a gamble. Some days it’s spotless, and other days you’re wiping down your table and seat before you sit down. Positive note, it’s usually not crowded so there are more clean days than not.
Staff is friendly and to the point. They don’t try to upsale anything to you. They smile and go through the motions, so interaction is at a minimum
If you haven’t had it, try it. If you have had it and don’t like it, I can’t blame you.
Update 07/02/2021 - We ordered lunch special and picked it up during lunch hour. We ordered two spaghetti and meatballs and my wife had two different entrees.
Got home and I ate a spaghetti with meatballs. Then we realized we only got one spaghetti. It was a smaller spaghetti with 3 meatballs on it. We called and the manager told us she wouldn’t replace it because they put all the spaghetti in one bowl.
First of all it’s a lot of damn money for the amount of spaghetti and sauce I got. Second, we aren’t trying to steal anything from Fazolis. I am not sure why we were treated like this here.
All we wanted was for what we paid. So be careful if you go here. They will make sure you are not satisfied with your order and if you complain, they are going to brush you off and just tell you you’re wrong and tell you they aren’t going to do anything.

Read moreI arrived at the drive up ordering post at about 7:30 pm. I sat behind a car where the occupants were obviously visiting. After waiting seven or eight minutes I pulled around to to inside to order. Apparently I was noticed because the car that was in front of me pulled out. I came back around and was able to immediately place my order. When I approached the serving window I noticed a child was being held out the window and was feeding a dog that was in the car. I was tempted to leave but had already spent so much time I decided to wait. I waited a good ten minutes, at times watching the youngster being held out the window to feed the dog in the car. The car in front of me finally got their order and left. When I pulled up to the window I asked what was taking so long and was answered with a shrug and a vague comment about we're just moving along. I got my order after a few minutes and started to pull away when I decided to check the bag. Sure enough part of the order was missing. I backed up but with the way you obscure the serving window I had to lean on the horn to finally get someone's attention. I said the submarino was missing and the server looked around found it and said Oh I thought I put it in the bag. No apology just sort of a guit bothering me attitude.
My wife and I oftentimes have lunch there and the service has always been top notch.

Read moreI love Fazoli's food, but their customer service needs to be better. I'm allergic to Mozzarella cheese and every time I go into the restaurant or through the drive-thru I have to tell them "No cheese on my salad" they always put it on, and then when we complain they just say "we're just really slammed today" when there's only like 2-3 people eating inside the restaurant or "Our salads are pre-made we can't change them" (when they HAVE changed them, but only when we complained about it).
The other day, we were in a rush to get food and we had to go through the drive-thru, they did the same thing. We had to park the car, walk in, complain, which took 10 minutes to do. As a result, we missed an important appointment!
If a customer says "Do not put this item on my food" they should not put it on your food!
Just be prepared to have to repeatedly repeat yourself to their staff when you order food if you have...
