Pho U & Mi — Restaurant in Huntington

Latest (12/08/2023): More photos added (Shrimp eggroll were delicious!) Pho U & MI is still very much one of our go to place for delicious, hearty, tasty food with lots to choose from. Tina and all the staff there are very nice, welcoming, polite and provide great customer service no matter how busy they are. They all work hard. Their menu offers a lot of variety from appetizers, to rice plates, Bahn mi, pho, lo mien and more. Even more drinks now to choose from. Smoothies, Boba, ice cream so many other stuff. I always go for my favorite P10 order of delicious flavorful pho with Thai tea. If you're looking for a good food place with affordable price ranges this would be a place to try. Service is great and fast. They also do call ahead/to go orders. Always a pleasure to come to this place. I added some new photos for everyone.

Update (05/19/2023): Went for another Pho U & MI trip. Absolutely enjoyed it. This time additional new orders to try: Lo Mein with beef, Egg rolls and MilkTea with pop pearls my bf got the strawberry smoothie with no boba or pearls. All delicious. The egg rolls were tasty and the sweet chili sauce had a kick just a perfect combo. As always I enjoyed my well done steak Pho and then had the Lo mein with left overs to take home. Great service as always from Tina and the whole staff there. I should have asked for the guy's name as well they're all super nice and great service. He even will help you with the menu if you need suggestions or have questions.

Original post: This has always been one of my favorite spots. First of all the staff are so nice. Great customer service. Warm and friendly demeanor. They always greet you and thank you. Always check if you need anything else. The food is good. Lots of choices on the menu not just pho but a lot of other food you can choose from and drinks as well. This trip I ordered the well done steak pho and the pork rice plate with fried egg but I've ordered other foods from this place before as well the Bahn mi sandwiches are all great as well. They have also added a variety of snacks and drinks for those who may want to explore or try some. Now of course this may be foreign to a lot but that's the point is trying and experiencing if you like it or not. I personally was happy to see these new drinks and snacks added since I rarely see any other variety store in Huntington for products like this. The Red Bean Mochi was good and if you're not familiar with it you can Google about it to see if it is something you may wanna try. I also enjoyed my mango coconut milk drink with coconut jelly. I bought 2 bottles lol but only posted one coz I already drank the other. Overall I enjoy coming to this place. I wish I knew the lady's name I think she's either the manager or owner I'm not sure but she is so so nice and always so cheerful to customers. Their food service and wait staff are all so polite as well which just adds an even better experience. The price for food is reasonable and you get a good amount as well. See you again next...

We stopped in here for lunch. It was really good. We both had pho. I had beef and my wife had chicken. It was a little different tasting than my usual Vietnamese restaurant in Charleston, but it was still really good. The spring rolls were pretty good as well. The peanut dipping sauce that came with them was not my favorite version, but it was sufficient.

They staff was friendly and the food came out pretty quickly. It was piping hot. The place seemed pretty clean and kept up. I would definitely go back and would recommend stopping in if you like Vietnamese food or want to try something new and different.

The best thing about pho is that it is very healthy and you don't feel lethargic even after eating a big meal. Granted, I have not tried a comprehensive sampling of the menu, but from what I have tried it was worth the expense. You can expect to pay a little more than perhaps what fast food might cost you depending on your eating habits, but it wasn't expensive by any means. I am happy to pay a little more for good food that is most likely a healthier choice than most alternatives.

One strange thing I noticed was that there is another Vietnamese restaurant right across the street. I have no idea how that happened. Pho U & Mi opened an hour earlier than the other place though, so they got my business that day for that reason. I'm glad we...

First time here today. I brought my parents and my good friend. The establishment is easy to locate and has a moderate amount of parking. The dining room was clean and spacious. The decor is simple and nothing special, but pleasant enough. The waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was more than willing to answer all menu questions we had. We all ordered something different with a few various appetizers. We also tried some of the fruit smoothies, and they were absolutely delicious. They have many flavors to choose from. The menu offers a large selection of dishes, sides, soups and beverages. The sandwiches looked delicious. I'll most likely try one of those next visit. Overall, I do highly recommend giving this place a visit and experience the freshly prepared food and beverages for yourself. I will be coming back to try more of the various menu items.
