McDonald's — Restaurant in Huntington

The girl who handed me my food from seemed very aggravated with me because when I opened my bag to check my order I noticed a few things missing. First off my medium size fry was half full. When I asked her to fill it she just gave me a look. I also asked her for ketchup and mayo. When she came back from filling my fry properly she brought the mayo. I also noticed they forgot to put my honey mustard in the bag for my nuggets. I asked her for that. She shut the window and when she came back with it she was laughing. So I took the honey mustard and asked her for the ketchup again. I also had to ask for more napkins because apparently someone thought one napkin was all we needed for a ten and four piece nuggets, a sandwich, medium fry and a drink. Three different people were eating tonight. One napkin wouldn't be enough for one person in my opnion. After she handed me the napkin she said have a nice day and shut the window. As i drove off I could hear her scream like she was frustrated with me and throwing her arms in air. I wouldn't of had to ask or remind her for so many items had the person bagging my food put the proper items in it. I would of only needed to ask for...

I used to be there biggest fan now they just make my blood boil everytime I go there! I went there 3 days in a row used my mobile app & each time I waited 20 minutes or better for food! They kept calling other peoples order numbers that were after mine it was infuriating! It shouldnt of took that long to make an iced coffee & a breakfast sandwhich! We also used app & did curbside pick up & it took them almost 30 minutes to get our order out it wasnt even that crowded! Hubby said do you want me to go in & see what the deal is? I said no I'll be danged if we get out of our car & go in there we had just came from Chiropractors & werent feeling so great so I got on my phone & called in there! She said I'll be out with it! & then took another 10 minutes we waited in our car almost 30 minutes! Needless to say I emailed corporate still waiting to hear back! They just don't care about there customers! I think Im going to take a break from them for at least a week or 2 either that start acting like an insane person when things don't go my way! It's McDonald's so it's not going to be great but the service was quick and efficient. I'm not sure what was going on with an older gentleman who appeared to be the owner kind of yelling at the girl that was I'm assuming is the manager but from what I could tell they were very busy and she was doing an exceptional job of making things flow smoothly

Well I'd like to update my review. Twice now I've gotten in line and they have two drive thrus and whomever is supposed to be keeping track of going back and forth between them taking orders has no idea what they're doing. Today I set there at the speaker waiting to order as they took three people in the right lane so I just cut out of line and left.
