Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Huntsville

there is no playground in this one, that's what my kids rly need and miss! and it is signature to chuckie cheese to have the tunnels. I do love this location though it is clean and 80% good customer service. there is a couple employees I would prefer not to deal with but the manager is wonderful and helpful and they fix the games VERY fast if they need tickets or somethings wrong. the only other tradition change i dont like is that they have a part of the prize wall u can only purchase. used to be that u could purchase or use tickets, ur choice. there are things my kids would pay some extra tickets to have or people would pay cash if they wanted it as well, but setting beside prizes on a ticket prize wall there are 20+ items that u can only get with paying more money...after u sat and spent over $100 to be there and play for 3 hrs and eat there for convenience, u should be able to use ur tickets for all the prizes or purchase if necessary but not made to exclude ticket use. that is not the customary chuck e cheese way and they need to know it is not rly fair to the kids who just want what they see on the wall. i have 4 kids under five so the lack of indoor playground and the purchased prizes are 2 rly dramatic concerns at this location. the games almost always work and it has a decent salad bar...

Great Experience it has changed quite a bit since I was the parent of a Tiny bopper. They basically have the same security measures measures with the stamps on the hands you get the same stamp as your child in order to get out.. I didn't see many employees hovering around which is excellent for me. Only one game was Under maintenance.

I love the new play cards you can purchase a car with 30 minute on it or or a bracelet. The card starts when you play your 1st game and then you have To wave it in front of the technology they have knowledge you to have in order to gethere too get a coin released or start the game. Pretty cool no more save saving or holding on to tokens. And the points are saved to the card you use I believe. A salad bar was excellent great options you can make a really good salad pizza was also delicious. When Chuck E cheese Appeared there was Welcomed chaos. Chuckie and the gang did an excellent job of greeting and meeting with all of the children. I like this because not everyone comes to throw a big party and it is amazing that Chuck E walks the Party area to allow all children to greet to greet and meet with him. Staff was good at managing the Crowd so chucky could see and greet...

My daughter had her 9th birthday at Chuck E cheese for the 1st time on June the 4th 2023🩵Our party hostess Raven is a real rock star🎸She was super sweet and super kind🍭 She answered all of my questions and that helped ease all my fears🍩 She was on point with everything🍫She was very knowledgeable about everything and she explained everything that we were going to do step-by-step🍓My daughter really likes Raven she made my daughter laugh and smile🍪 She had my daughter singing and dancing👠 Raven is super energetic, fun and super sweet🍫Raven singing and dancing as well👡 She served us some great cake birthday ,drinks and pizza and dip and dots🍰🎂🍦🍭 Everything taste delicious🧁She is the best party hostess ever🍪 She makes you feel like family and you can tell she loves her job because she's very immaculate at it🍨 Thank you Raven for all your hard work🍑 The manager Aaron was a super nice🍩Gracie super sweet and she helped my daughter pick out cool prizes🍹 Thank you chuckie for taking pictures with my daughter🩵 My daughter and her party guess had a great time❤️ Everything tastes great and the whole place was very super clean🧡 Thank you Raven for making this my daughter best...
