Steak-Out — Restaurant in Huntsville

I've had pretty good experiences with this location (Jordan Lane) over the years. Yes, I've had the busy phone line, the occasional mishap with orders, but Friday was like none other. After making several calls and getting hung up on 3 out of 7 calls, I was finally able to speak to someone. As I'm trying to place the order and explain to the young lady there appears to be a problem with their phone line, I'm repeatedly interrupted. Then she says they're terribly busy. Well, it gets worse. My order is completed. I pay over the phone and wait for delivery. An hour later no delivery. Twenty-one (21) calls later (incls the hangups!) I speak with who appears to be the same young lady. She apologizes but appears to be having trouble finding the order. After she locates it, she informs me it should be delivered in the next 15 mins. The driver is on the way. They're just terribly busy. 35 minutes and 17 calls (including more hangups) later, still no delivery, I speak with the same young lady again and of course she's having difficulty again trying to find my order. I ask to speak with the manager and yes, I'm told how busy they are! After several attempts to speak directly with the manager, Jimmy finally gets on the phone and he says the order was under a different name (not even close to my name)! Now, you can only imagine how this goes bc I can see the charge pending on my card and when they've answered the calls they say my name, so how the heck is my order under a different name? Why haven't they called me back since the order hasn't been delivered after almost two (2) hours later??? I was told not only was the order under a different name but a different phone # too!!! Now, guess how they resolved the issue and this huge inconvenience (it's now almost 9 pm and no food)....they refunded my money and said it's been very busy.🙄 Suggestion...go somewhere else bc...

If I could give zero Stars I would. We tried to order on my birthday which was Tuesday May 24th after the line ⅔being busy for almost 2 hours I started calling at 6:45 I finally got through at 8:30, I placed my order for delivery, it was $47 and some change. After I placed my order I get a call back from the girl that took my order, telling me that they did not deliver to my address after dark (of course I have lived in the same place for 3 years and get steak out 5 or 6 times a year and I know they have delivered several times after dark. The manager (Lawrence) then gets on the phone with me and tells me that has been policy for 6 years. I told him he was not telling the truth that he just did not want to mess with my order since it was so late. First off I called this location the guy said yea we deliver to you so I make my order 40 minutes later they call me tell me I have to meet them at the shell 2 miles from my house because they don’t deliver here I had to get out and meet pick up my food no sign on the car I sat for a few minutes called the store they said oh he’s there in a green Honda Accord so I get my food go home and low and behold they gave me the wrong food I ordered extra roll didn’t get it didn’t get the chips and they gave me steak tips instead of my ribeye that I originally ordered very disappointed then melody tells me I can meet back up at the store and get my missing items and pay for the difference since I got the tips instead of the ribeye I feel like I was lied to about delivery got the wrong food so why should I have to pay the difference I will not be back and I am...
