Read moreI was in drive through ordering a family pack with and extra side. They first rudely told me to order and kept asking me to repeat myself over and over. They didn’t tell me at the intercom that we apparently cannot add and extra side which makes no sense if I’m willing to pay for it. She gives me the total and it wa lower than I expected so I pull up and ask if they have my extra Mac and cheese. She snaps and say we don’t do that and should’ve been told earlier. I asked why can’t I just add my side when I want and extra side. She snaps and she we don’t do it but I’ll do it guess and mumbles more under her breathe. She gives me the total and I give her cash which she snatched from me. I don’t say because why the attitude when I’m paying for my damn food. Didn’t even want a refund due to if it happened once it could happen again, she instantly got smart stating “there’s no women there that has hair, she’s a woman & doesn’t have hair” which I’m more than positive is just a tail to get me off the phone..raised her voice upon ending the call saying to bring the food back & she’ll replace it & instantly hung up…a simple conversation that COULDVE brought her awareness brought her anger…know how to treat your customers in ALL ratings..I’ve managed and supervised places myself and know how to handle all situations..the way she goes by hers are disgusting and distasteful!
