This is a jewelry store that I have given my business to for the last five years and it saddens my heart to part ways because of the rude, aggressive and disrespectful words THE OWNER, Greg Cornelius, spoke to me. Upon entering this establishment I was in need of some jewelry repair. Tagging along with me I had my dog Nova, she’s a schnoodle weighing only 13lbs. The only reason I had nova with me was because it was a beautiful day and I literally lived right around the corner, so this jewelry store was in my neighborhood. Originally I left her out by the entrance door, but the associate helping with my repair told me that I could go back and get nova to bring her in. Well Nova barked at the owner on three separate occasions as he walked by and in my attempt to humor the situation because there were six other people in the store and she was only barking at him, I said “ oh no she’s not very fond of you ,” with a inviting smile. He turned to me with an aggressively aggravated tone and said “ I’m gonna let it happen today but the next time you will not be allowed to have her in here”. I nodded to him in agreement and I stated that he didn’t have to be Aggressive and rude about it..that I am a paying customer. With his finger pointed at me, as if I was a child and He said “he was not going to have that around his customers.” I said she’s only barking at you, could you speak to make like I’m a paying customer. He told me that if I kept on that I wasn’t gonna be able to get my jewelry repaired. I looked back at the associate that was helping me and I asked him to give me my things. Greg intervene And stated “ give her, her shit and get her outta here”. And with that he lost a customer.

As for Greg….. He can justify all he wants about what I didn’t acknowledge but it still stands that he came at me with an aggressively, agitated, and rude tone of voice that I did not deserve. Now here he is belittling the business that I brought him. He’s showing his TRUE character in the comment,...

Dustin is THE MAN! TLDR. Dustin got our gold chain repaired quickly, polished a wedding band, taught us a lot, and most importantly... Wasn't a pushy salesman.

As 1st time customers, my wife and I came in to get her a new clasp on her gold chain. Dustin schooled us up on the what would be a good, long lasting option. He told us it would only take a few hours at most. Before we left, the wife looked at a few bands that she liked, and Dustin came back out to allow her to try on some pieces. He wasn't pushy at all, but was still gracious enough to explain what it was we were looking at. We then made our way over to the gold chains. I described the type of chain I was wanting to see, he knew exactly what I was talking about, and pulled out a few herringbone pieces. I tried them on, and wasn't as big of a fan as I thought I'd be. Dustin then pulled out a foxtail which I liked a lot more. He then pointed out that its typically a more masculine piece than a herringbone. I really want to emphasize how great this was because it would have been off-putting had he said that prior to me trying both pieces on first, and deciding for myself which one i liked better. And again, he wasnt pushing anything on us.

As we conversed more, I pointed out that that my gold wedding band was about due for a refinishing (it was purchased elsewhere). He re-brushed and polished the exterior and polished the inside. By the time he was done, the wife's necklace was too, which was probably around 30 minutes or less.

All in all, the wife and I were pleased with the laid back professionalism, patience, and conversation that Dustin shared....

I was desperate to get a pendant engraved for my mother-in-law’s 80th birthday and contacted Wholesale Jewelry about an hour and a half before they closed on a Friday. My father-in-law, who was currently hospitalized, had asked me that very day to find a very specific item for him to give his wife for her present, and I just couldn’t let him down. I called Charley at Wholesale and, to my shock and surprise, she said they could get it done that day, within about 30 minutes!! I couldn’t believe it!

When I got to the store, she was waiting for me with everything I needed and got it in the works immediately. She even had found a pendant for the engraving that was not just a round disc, but a beautiful heart-shaped one! She and her husband, Dustin, literally worked a miracle to get this done for me!! They were amazingly kind, as well as patient with me when I came in like a whirlwind.

Not only did I end up with EXACTLY what my father-in-law asked me to find, but it was an amazing price and of beautiful quality. Charley even gift-wrapped it for us!! I couldn’t have asked for more, and appreciate Charley, Dustin and Wholesale Jewelry & Loans so, so much! I will never shop elsewhere for my jewelry...
