Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Huntsville

I just had the worst experience in my 46 years on earth just for Quick recap Went to get my food in the DT SAT there for 4 minutes no one came over only looked so I went in My food was wrong with burnt spots all over it. I ordered extra pepperoni. I got none. I called noone answered for 23 minutes so I returned to the store Went to the counter no one spoke. Finally the African-American guy came over one his way he hawked a large amount of spit in the trash and asked me what was the problem. I told him he opened the box and said.” You sure did eat one piece” And then continue to go on if it ain’t right, why would I eat it Then went over I guess Manager said the same thing “ The pizza wasn’t right, but he sure did eat apiece”

I didn’t wait another five minutes to have to ask again for the manager to get my refund. The same African-American guy went on and on about I have to wait because I’m equal to all paying customers. I tried to express to him that I wasn’t equal because I did not get my food correctly, he still went on and on about he always check his food. Why did I check my food then finally said to the manager can you stop doing what you’re doing which is working and help this man “

The manager came into the system and had the audacity to tell me that my money was already refunded however I paid for cash so I Asked him how was that possible when I paid cash he didn’t gave me the $18 refund and said bye

I’m sure you guys have camera. This was ridiculous. Please give me a call or you can email me. I did do a complaint online, but I would really like to speak to someone today.

So FAST WoW!!!! A+A+A+ Very nice drivers, polite & professional. Amazing delivery time and great product. The online ordering is so easy and quick also that when I don't feel like spending a long time ordering and don't want to call anyone I can order within two minutes on my smartphone or computer and they are here with my order within a few minutes. I love the online delivery tracker as well cause it shows me exactly what's happening and if they are on the way or even if my pizzas have not hit the ovens yet in case I need to add something. I also like knowing the name of who made my order, who took it and who is delivering. Definitely cool. Drivers are always polite and well trained. I have had a great experience with them so far. My only one complaint would be that in the past there was a couple of times where the order was a little wrong and the manager was going to give me a $10 credit and another time a $20 credit but I have not received them. It would be nice if those somehow went on your account. I just haven't worried about it. I wish we had an option to leave NO STARS. We placed an online order at 9:13 PM. I arrived there at the drive-thru around 9:22 knowing it wasn't ready yet, but hoping it might be. It wasn't ready yet. The lady at the window told me they were still working on it and to park out front and she would bring it to me in a few minutes. So I parked at 9:25 PM. People came and went, so after 20 minutes, I went to the little front window where others had been going. The whole staff could see me through the big glass windows and knew I was wanting to ask about my food. Nothing. So after standing there for about 8 minutes, I got back into my car and drove around to the drive-thru window again. The same lady came to the window and started apologizing. Since there were about 3 vehicles in front of me before I got to the window, the time was now 10:12 PM. I finally got my COLD pizzas. I did ask for a couple of garlic sauces since I had to wait so long. Which ended up tasting like mayonnaise, by the way. Too old. Yuck! This is the first Domino's I've been to with such horrible service. The upper management and owners should be very ashamed! We will never use this one again and will also tell all of our friends and family to use ANY other pizza places in this area in the future. Get it...
