If I could give 0 stars I would whoever the Lashanda More and possiblythe General manager Kendrick is absolutely without a doubt do not need to be in customer service at all (i always leave good reviews and try not to leave any negative stuff because im in customer service i get it) but the girl deserves to be put through alot more training..i am a customer who bought a 30 dollar order IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AFTERNOON (not in any type of rush)..for my employees, the order said delivered...but I never received it...so I called literally all day long and no one answered then around 8:15pm someone finally answers and puts me on hold for 10:28, so I called back..all I asked was basically what happened, my bank took the money out and the app says delivered, the phone kept going in and out, the girl had such a bad attitude and was telling me how I was wrong and needed to let her speak and that her GM was sitting right beside her listening....I said I don't know what's your problem but the phone keeps on going in and out, it's not me and all I want to know is what are yalls names so when the money isn't put back into my account I have proof I spoke with someone and the lady kept on being very rude, when I asked to speak with the manager, she put me on hold and hung up. When I called back they picked up and hung up over 3 times.. now something needs to be done about that..for real.. when you got paying customers who haven't done anything wrong you don't blame them, yell at them, or have such a bad attitude with them ESPECIALLY after calling all day and then being put on hold for over 10 mins, come on now "do better". If it was them on the other end they'd be worried to.. now I do have to mention i nerve spoke with the actual manager Kendrick the girl lashanda said his name and said he was the GM and he was sitting right there listening, its almost like she was acting like I was saying things to her when I wasnt at all, she wasn't making any sense example: I asked her for her name and told her the phone was going in and out and she replied " are you going to let me talk! Am I going to have to repeat myself over again, I already told you what the problem was, are you going to let me talk!!!.. and I literally hadn't said anything but one time...so I'm not sure if the Kendrick manager was actually listening or not so he may not even be apart of this.. I get yall are short staffed, we are too but I'd rather be short staffed and have goof customer service than short staffed and horrible customer service..so I'm definitely going to cooperate with it..and I hate that it comes to that because that is not at all the type of person i am.but I'm hoping the girl can get some correct training and learn how to deal with situations...
Read moreThis was the worst experience ever. I tried to order my pizza for carryout and was told to carry out closed at 10:00 so I would have to get it delivered, so I placed my order for delivery. When my pizza arrived I had ordered the calzone bites and they were smushed in the box and my pizza was completely sideways smooshed together. When I called the store at 11:06 to let them know about the condition of my food I was told my only option was to get a refund or store credit because they could not remake my pizza due to the oven already being closed off when they just closed at 11:00. When I told the manager Lashonda I wanted my dinner because that's what we were expecting she hung up on me. I called back again and was told that I could not get food that my only was to call and speak with the GM in the morning and I was hung up on again. The third time when I called back to see about getting my money back I was once again hung up on and now they will not answer the phone. I was staying at a hotel for the night so we'll have to deal with this when I get back to my home. Definitely suggest using a different Papa John's if you want something you can...
Read moreSo I usually order extra large pizzas from pappa Johns, one because We like their pizza and two, pizza is pretty reasonable when you have a large family. Tonight I was disappointed because it was our son's birthday and we order pizza for our family before going to bowling and laser tag. All pizzas were ordered as extra large but these are the smallest extra large I have ever seen. The pizza slices themselves were tiny. I'm just wondering if these are extra large pizzas how small are the mediums or small for that matter. They have to be bite size. I did call and speak to the manager and he literally said these are extra large pizzas...I find that hard to believe because i get them all the time and at times I cut the slices in half but these slices are tiny....Papa Johns can do better than this. The manager did offer to make them over which I appreciate but we were going to go somewhere after eating and typically I don't like to send food back(if u know u know). Just disappointed in the experience. If these is their new extra large I will have to go to else where because I will not spend $60-$70 on an extra small extra...
