I've been a loyal customer at Five Guys in Huntsville since they first opened, and I've never encountered such a disappointing experience until my recent visit. The initial problem was with the cashier, who appeared more interested in texting on her phone than accurately taking my order. I ordered two strawberry milkshakes with whip vream and a cheeseburger, a straightforward request. In previous visits, I noticed that if the cashier wasn't occupied with other orders, they would promptly start making the milkshakes. However, this time, the cashier continued texting on her phone to the point where another employee, possibly a supervisor, had to remind her to make the milkshakes. Even with the reminder, she still remained on her phone, resulting in an unnecessary delay in preparing my order.
To compound the issue, the milkshakes looked watery from a distance. When I finally received them, they were indeed disappointingly watery, lacking the proper consistency and temperature. I raised my concerns with the cashier, who stated that this was how they always were. She went to consult with the supervisor on duty, who then offered to remake the milkshakes but stated that it might not make a difference. I decided to request a refund for the milkshakes, which the supervisor agreed to. While waiting for the refund, the supervisor tried to justify the watery milkshakes by explaining that they were always like that, and adding fruit made them even more watery. At that point I had nothing else to say because she was talking to me as if I don't know what a proper milkshake should be.
This experience was a significant departure from the excellent service and quality I've consistently enjoyed at Five Guys over the years. It's disheartening to encounter such a decline in standards, and I hope this feedback helps them improve their service.

Read moreThis was my first visit! I just went with a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a drink. I noticed that they had a little cheeseburger listed on the list. Since this was my first visit I wanted to see what the size of the cheeseburger was. It was huge! Two big beef patties cooked perfectly with all the fixings! Here's the kicker... When you say you want everything, they even add mushrooms. So if you don't like mushrooms, you will have to tell them to not add those. I was surprised. I've never had a cheeseburger with mushrooms and I actually liked it. I really didn't even know they were there until the last four bites. Lol. The taste of this cheeseburger with bacon was simply delicious. The fries were crisp and just right. You really couldn't ask for anything better. The restaurant was pretty much clean. The wait was not that bad. I would say we probably waited about 7 minutes. The restrooms were clean as well. Since we were there during lunch rush, I expected it to be overpacked. But it wasn't. They were about 75% capacity. If you haven't tried this place, mark it on your places to try! I think the next time I'm going to try the little cheeseburger with bacon. Lol I definitely...
Read moreI'm giving this one star because I was treated very rudely by an employee, it was about 9PM on Oct 13. Me and my family had just ordered our food, and I go to sit down . On my way to sit down I decided to grab some peanuts. I grab only one cardboard plate, my brother does the same. I planned on putting the shells in the same plate, because I'm not picky. This employee whom I do not know the name, come up and aggressively hands us 2 plates and angrily explains how we were making his job harder and how people throw shells on the floor. (Mind you my brother and I haven't even started eating yet, so there was no way we even made a mess) I understand people can be having a bad day but I know this is not a Logans... So I move on and try to forget about it but I still watch this employee. I start to notice he was acting very aggressive... HE LITERALLY SITS THERE AND WATCHES US EAT... At this point I'm mad. And if had stayed any longer I would have responded appropriately to this man's face. I hope this man is appropriately delt with. No customer needs...
