We all understand that covid-19 has made it difficult for a lot of businesses to function normally. We stopped in this particular Hardee's today to grab a quick couple of burgers. Obviously only the drive-thru is open. So we went to the drive-thru, placed our order and was told to park in a numbered parking spot and the food would be delivered soon. We were told to park in number four. However another customer was already parked in number four so we had to park in a regular parking space. We waved at the person who was bringing food out to the numbered parking spots and informed them that we were not in number four. The employee responded with telling us that she would find us when our food was ready. 10 minutes went past and we finally called into the restaurant to tell them that we weren't in number four and had to remind them of what our order was. They said it would be out soon. About five minutes later the food came out but the burgers were basically raw. They were rushed and understaffed and not taking adequate time to cook the food thoroughly. Again, they are understaffed and covid-19 is making it all difficult for all of us. I just wanted to share this experience and perhaps the next customers will have a more positive one. We threw the burgers away because they were...
Read moreThis is the nastiest Hardee's I have ever walked in to. I'm from Boaz, AL and the Hardee's out there is always clean and quick, but this one in Hampton Cove/Owen's Cross Roads is DISGUSTING. Right away you could tell the dining area hasn't been cleaned. The rugs were pulled up and placed on the dining room seats and the drink dispenser had poured ice all over the floor. They were "professional" enough to put a wet floor sign up while they ignore that mess. When we walked, we were not greeted and the staff seemed to be overwhelmed. My daughter still wanted to order her biscuit (bacon, egg, and cheese), so we have been sitting here while I write this review and watching the chaos when someone new needs to order their food. Go...
Read moreStaff were nice & polite. No inside access to hand washing is my main concern. Let customers ce in for take out. I know it's much easier & less expensive to not let customers use the bathroom. Water, soap, toilet paper, employee cleaning, etc. And yes, covid is among us. But being as such. Why BLOCK people from walking there hands?! Which is paramount in the fight against virus/bacteria! Who wants to eat with filthy hands. After working hard. Especially manual labor, i.e. dirty nasty work. A person wants to WASH before they eat!! Stop using covid as an excuse to save $$ by keeping customers out of the building. Many other places in Madison county offer take out, dining room,...
