I have come here about 10-15 times since March of this year (more times than I would like, but I work nights get off at 11 and itâs the closest and only thing open besides Taco Bell thatâs farther away so I come here a lot after a stressful or tiring shift) and every single time it has taken 20-30 minutes just to get my order made at the drive thru speaker. Thatâs 10-15 times. But Iâm a bit patient, Iâll wait. HOWEVER. Last night changed my patience. If I could put zero stars I would. I can now see why their screen was busted with rocks at the drive thru. After waiting for 30 minutes already, they decided to stop serving food. 30 MINUTES!!!! They need to either speed up the process or find a way to cap off the customers in the drive thru so that people donât wait for 30 minutes and in the end not get their food. I had gotten there before closing time. 30 minutes before closing time and did not get fed. I could have went home and cooked if I had known that I wouldnât have been able to get food even though I waited that long. And there were 6 others at least who did the same thing. Itâs ridiculous, either stop taking customers 30 minutes before closing time because it takes yâall an hour to make the food, make the food faster, or have a crew member cap off the last vehicles so that at least the ones that got there BEFORE closing time can get their food like it should be because at that point not only have you wasted our time, but itâs too late to try and find somewhere else to go. Disrespectful and incompetent. But who cares right? Itâs a fast food joint, no one cares about a job like that đ itâs your job! Do your job. One day youâll level up and get a better one, but you wonât deserve it if you donât put in effort at the beginning of the process. This place in particular has had problems since March of 2023 I know with staff. When is it going to end? Donât waste your time coming to this one if you want food in 10 minutes. Because it at least takes 20 minutes on a good night. A GOOD night. Normally it takes 30-40 minutes to get your food. So if we gotta wait that long, at least feed us for waiting that long after youâre closed because we got there way before you closed. You just couldnât make the food in time.    Read moreThe experience was absolutely the worst, and one star is a compliment. DIRTY DIRTY and did I say DIRTY? I SPENT 20 mins first in drive thru line and the line never moved, backed my way out and parked, and went inside, to my horror, I found a dining room absolutely atrocious! And that's an understatement! Coming from the restaurant and hospitality industry my first thoughts were.. where is the HEALTH DEPT??? Garbage everywhere floors tables condiment station, greasy finger prints everywhere, no cashier we were forced to use large iPad that was dirty as hell, a employee approached us and looked as of she had no idea why we were standing in front of her, then proceeded to walk in circles and only made eye contact with what looked like the lead manager? Shoving food in bags for drive thru customers, to make the experience worse was those who put food together were not concentrating on work at hand but busy talking and laughing at their conversation amongst themselves, made me đ¤ think about the last 20 mins sitting in drive thru line...while waiting the young girl in front of me dropped her straw which fell to the floor, she went to pick it up and I said to her don't pick it up twice to her get another one as the floor was completely disgusting she took commented on what we were looking at and made me look at the trash receptacles over flowing on the floor...finally received my food praying to God I was NOT going to get sick, then received the wrong mocha frappe, it was Carmel 𤎠awful too as the cup was haphazardly smothered with Carmel inside and out and warm. Disgusted as I walked out of that experience and my first thoughts outside was to contact owner of establishment and then the health department to have it shut down! No one person should have to experience this at all! No matter what! Prices were just like experience and was the only reason why I stayed to finish what I committed myself to. Then to wake up today and received this review... I would say.... I will never go back.... and tell others don't bother...
Are there no ownership to this restaurant? Do they flat out not care? Do they live out of the area? State or country? What the hell is your reason to not keep your employees accountable? Someone needs to provide intervention or close...
   Read moreStopped here with my son and a couple of his friends to get some ice cream on a Wednesday night. Placed our order at 7:30 and after 30 minutes still had not gotten our ice cream. There were two or three people who came in after us and got their orders, but we were trying to be patient. Then someone came in and ordered an ice cream cone and it seems like they were friends with someone who worked there. A worker immediately went over and made a big tall ice cream cone for him and handed it to him. When we went up to ask when we might get our ice cream and show them that it had been 30 minutes since we placed our order they acted annoyed that we were bothering them. They exchanged eye rolls with each other and no one seems to give a care at all that we had been waiting so long or that we didn't have our food. Nobody seems sorry and there was no sense of urgency to get our ice cream to us. Waited about another 10 minutes to get what we ordered. Nobody is doing quality control, nobody is overseeing the workforce to make sure that they are efficient, and everyone seems pretty miserable in general to be there. I would avoid this location at all costs until they fix this problem. In addition, the bathrooms were disgusting and nobody was cleaning the dining room at all. There was trash all over the floor, food all over the tables, and the by the soda machines was covered with liquid and trash. The floors were incredibly slippery. It felt like we were ice skating. When we finally got our ice cream there was no apology and it was mostly melted and not even close to what you ought to get for $2.30 each. We left this place cleaner than we found it because we had nothing better to do while we waited for a half an hour than to clean up some of the tables and the garbage. It's going to be faster for you to drive to Madison or downtown to get food than to order here and wait for...
