Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Huntsville

My husband and I have been coming to this Scooter’s for a little more than a year after we gave up waiting for another certain coffee chain that I’m used to from back home to open their location up in the same neighborhood, and now I’m never going back to the other place. There hasn’t been a single instance in all this time of them messing up our drink orders, every drink is absolutely fantastic. While we haven’t tried every food menu item, everything we’ve tried tastes great. But what I really love about this location is the customer service, especially when it comes to my dog. I expect them to know my husband’s name, it’s on the mobile order after all. When we roll up to the window, they great Rosco by name, and they know his order exactly: one pup cup please for the goodest good boy. They know him, they love him, and they get my senior dog act like a puppy every Friday morning, and for that, I can’t give them...

It's a positive space each visit but yesterday I purchased the Feta Eggs (2) and the containers had little specks of hair stuck to it and smaller pieces that was on some parts of the food so I took it back and they made me late for work trying to find the individual little hairs... They kept trying to get me a food replacement not understanding that the safest thing I can consume there is a beverage in a clean cup. After going back and forth they finally gave a refund. I'll be finding a new coffee spot sadly... It's like it's all happy friendly until something goes wrong then you get the run around about your...

Decided to stop here for midday iced coffees today while out running errands. We both chose to get their Signature drink...the Iced Caramelicious....rich, creamy caramel sauce, espresso and milk over ice....topped with thick, fluffy whipped cream and then covered with a drizzle of more caramel sauce. It was a perfect combination of flavors. The cold, creamy drink hit the spot on a hot afternoon. If I had anything negative to mention, it would be the price....For two large iced coffees, the total was a little over $14. They were very, very good....but definitely not something I could do everyday...
