Starbucks — Restaurant in Huntsville

My experience yesterday was HORRIBLE. If the girl name is (Sarah) if they were being honest, she was very rude, sarcastic & did not follow directions & had a smart mouth! I do not tolerate disrespect. When she made my drink, she squeezed SO MUCH caramel on top of it & did not drizzle it (being smart). She also made a comment: it's "Standard" that I put the strawberry puree at the bottom so ect....ect... No lady If I tell you how I specifically want my drink, I expect you to put the puree around the cup only and not poured... She treated me as if I was a child and didn't know what I wanted... She over blended everything and it was watery... Ingredients were missing as well. My drink was messy and overflowing! Conversation between the two of us was not so great. Her customer service was awful and she didn't even care...

I ordered a special drink that I've done in the past that taste similar to a strawberry cheesecake. The first time around my beverage was made wrong by someone else & not "Sarah". Although the drink was VERY pretty and had all the ingredients they made it wrong with strawberry puree at the bottom when I specifically asked for it around the cup only. By doing this, once I stir my drink it will have the RIGHT amount of strawberry flavoring that's not over powering.

Upon re-ordering it that's when I had a terrible experience with Sarah who made my drink the second time. I left both drinks on the counter and ask for a refund for them to only give me a card that says $4 off my next visit when my drink cost...

I don't like giving bad reviews but this location on Governors in Huntsville wasn't living up to the normal service and atmosphere of a Starbucks.

We only stopped to go inside because the kids had to use the bathroom (@7:15pm on a SUN). Unfortunately after the kids touched the bathroom seat (since kids don't think about that), there was no soap in the bathroom.

The boys got a chocolate chip cookie and chocolate cake pop, and my wife ordered a frappuccino. Cake pop was tasting old, which 'you' know it had to be if a 6yo won't take but one bite.

The drive-thru was fairly busy at this location, as usual. There were customers inside but no line. However, there were quite a few people waiting for drinks.

The inside was dark and not the normal Starbucks 'cheerful looking' atmosphere. If you've been in one, you may understand what I mean.

A large family came in 15-20 minutes after we ordered and got their drinks first. I finally had to take the 6y.o. boys to the car...as my wife waited well over 35 minutes for her drink, since they didn't even have it in their order queue. The more disappointing part, was that there was no simple apology or any effort customer service-wise to make things right, like a free drink coupon, etc....

This review will fall to the wayside...but just saying, you can do better, Starbucks...and your competition just opened two businesses down, the street. 'Will be giving them a...

Please stop marking orders as ready when they aren’t. If the mobile order isn’t ready, it isn’t ready. Please stop misleading customers who are simply asking about the drink they paid $5-8 for. I totally get these baristas are dealing with grumpy people most of the day but even grumpy people appreciate transparency. Waited 20 minutes (drive-thru & register were empty by the way. :) They forgot!) after asking about the status of my drink and then asked again. Was gaslit and told “Oh I was just starting to make that for you!” (I asked this person while they were mid-conversation. They weren’t making drinks, and they were actually on ovens/handing out orders). When I asked the second time it was determined my drink had been forgotten about and someone else on staff said “oh that’s not MY fault!”. I appreciate that it was remade at this point but I had also been in this Starbucks for over 30 minutes. Got the drink and it was incorrect, of course. Literally undrinkable. Had to throw it away. Just don’t understand why this happened or why it’s acceptable. This location is also always incredibly filthy. Like genuinely I avoid going inside 90% of the time because it’s so gross. I waited inside for 30 minutes on a tall frappuccino surrounded by people’s and the baristas garbage. My least favorite location in the Huntsville area and I deter people from going any chance I get, may this...
