If you’re searching for a taste of authentic Mexican cuisine in the heart of Hurricane, Utah, look no further than Alfredo’s. This hidden gem offers a delightful dining experience, combining vibrant flavors, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere that will transport you straight to Mexico.

The menu at Alfredo’s is a true testament to the rich and diverse flavors of Mexican cuisine. From traditional favorites like tacos and enchiladas to unique dishes like mole poblano and chiles rellenos, there is something to satisfy every palate. The extensive menu also caters to various dietary preferences, offering vegetarian and gluten-free options.

One standout dish at Alfredo’s is their sizzling fajitas. The sizzling platter arrives at your table, filled with succulent grilled meat or vegetables, accompanied by a medley of colorful bell peppers and onions. The aroma alone is enough to make your mouth water. The fajitas are served with warm tortillas, allowing you to assemble your own flavorful creations.

Another highlight is their signature guacamole, which is prepared tableside, ensuring its freshness and quality. The avocados are perfectly ripe, and the combination of lime juice, cilantro, and spices creates a zesty and creamy dip that pairs wonderfully with their crispy tortilla chips.

The service at Alfredo’s is attentive and friendly, with staff members always ready to offer recommendations and accommodate any special requests. The wait times for food are generally reasonable, allowing you to enjoy a leisurely meal without feeling rushed.

The only minor drawback is that the restaurant can get quite busy during peak hours, resulting in slightly longer wait times. However, the quality of the food and service more than make up for any small inconveniences.

Overall, Alfredo’s is a delightful Mexican restaurant that delivers on both taste and experience. Whether you’re a local or just passing through Hurricane, make sure to visit Alfredo’s and indulge in their flavorful dishes. You won’t be disappointed by the authentic Mexican flavors and warm hospitality that await you at...

Have been regular customers here for years..Came in yesterday to get 2 plates of huevo rancheros with some modifications which were clarified by the chef after the initial order. After waiting for 30 minutes for our food, we finally got the bag and drove home. I didn't check the contents of the bag because I trusted my order was correct after 2 people checking it. When I got home both of our orders were wrong, instead of shredded beef we got steak, which is overcooked, chewy, with lots of tendants, instead of potatoes we got rice, the eggs were overcooked and it's not one of those situations "different restaurant, different meaning of over easy or over medium" I told the chef exactly how I wanted the eggs done. I asked for extra sauce which we did not get either. I call the place and told the same chef our order was wrong. He told me I can come back and from my understanding get the orders remade. I told him I was already home and wasn't going to do that. He said, "okay, come back tomorrow and I will have it here for you". I came back today and gave the order to the lady and asked for Alex, the chef. She said he was gone to the store. I explained to her the situation, and she said she would go talk to someone. After a moment Alex comes to the window, which is confusing cause I thought he was "at the store". He says to me " I can do ONLY the potatoes and the shredded beef". So instead of makings the plates and getting them right this time, he was going to give me the items that were missing off our plates yesterday. Which wouldn't do us any good, since we didn't have the rest of our plates anymore.. BTW, we threw away half of our food from the day before because the food wasn't what we ordered or wanted. Thank you Alex, for taking good care of your...

Delicious breakfast burritos. Went one day and came back a few days later to enjoy another one with my husband. We ordered through the drive thru two steak and egg burritos and two sides of sour cream. The employee repeated the order back and I confirmed again, two steak and egg burritos and two sides of sour cream. We got to the window, paid and pulled forward to wait for our order like instructed. When the food came out, a different employee said “two bacon and egg burritos?” I replied no, we had steak and egg. She was visibly annoyed and was very rude. She told us to pull around the side. So we did and we waited another 10 minutes or so. This time a different employee came out and brought the correct burritos, he said “you said bacon and eggs” I said no I said steak and eggs. Morale of this long review is that the burritos are delicious but with how rude the employees were for a mistake that THEY made make me not want to return. I suggest making sure you get a receipt and verify they correctly enter your items otherwise you will get the wrong food or when you notify them of it being incorrect they will be blatantly rude and accuse you of...

Truly, a wonderful restaurant and surprisingly some of the best Mexican food I have had in a long time! Of all places this restaurant could and it is in Saint George, Utah, but it is on par with some of the best restaurant in Arizona and California which is great. The price is low for the quality of the food as well! I will be coming back again! Update September 19th 2021: I am going back through all my reviews of restaurants to be more stringent and to compete my due diligence of each. I have set forth three rules that all restaurant will need to follow to get a three star rating. The three rules for restaurants is the keep it fresh, keep it clean, and keep it simple! Getting a four or five star will become harder, but not impossible! Why? Well, people rating poor restaurants as five stars when they are barely a two or three is commonplace in Google Maps and I would like to fix this problem.

I hit the drive through and got two bean and cheese burritos. My lady ate one and I got into my second bite of mine and had this hard thing in my burrito I thought maybe it’s a bone chunk from some meat they serve. I spit it out and it was a rock like a gravel rock. Idk how in TF a rock gets in a burrito I understand hair and other stuff like maybe a piece of plastic wrap or twist tie but a rock!? Like what is going on. I didn’t even want to write a review I called to tell them so that maybe they will pay more attention and not put rocks in burritos but I sat on the phone for five minutes trying to tell the girl I wasn’t placing an order I was trying to tell her a rock was in my burrito not order one and I got frustrated the fifth time trying to tell her I’m not ordering a burrito and hung up.

I ordered 2 Mexican omelets for my husband and myself this morning. Just got home, and all I have is salsa wrapped in eggs, with rice. Mexican omelet is ham, salsa in the egg, with rice and beans. Don’t go here, make the drive to St. George, where they prepare things correctly and give you what you pay for. $11.99 for salsa in a crusty egg isn’t what I ordered. Y’all need to do better. Plus I pulled ahead and waited an extra 8 minutes for it to be done. Very disappointed. Try any other Mexican food place out here, just not this one. Rice was from yesterday because of the color of cilantro was almost black.. just not good service or quality. I guess good enough for hangover food.
