Read moreHave been regular customers here for years..Came in yesterday to get 2 plates of huevo rancheros with some modifications which were clarified by the chef after the initial order. After waiting for 30 minutes for our food, we finally got the bag and drove home. I didn't check the contents of the bag because I trusted my order was correct after 2 people checking it. When I got home both of our orders were wrong, instead of shredded beef we got steak, which is overcooked, chewy, with lots of tendants, instead of potatoes we got rice, the eggs were overcooked and it's not one of those situations "different restaurant, different meaning of over easy or over medium" I told the chef exactly how I wanted the eggs done. I asked for extra sauce which we did not get either. I call the place and told the same chef our order was wrong. He told me I can come back and from my understanding get the orders remade. I told him I was already home and wasn't going to do that. He said, "okay, come back tomorrow and I will have it here for you". I came back today and gave the order to the lady and asked for Alex, the chef. She said he was gone to the store. I explained to her the situation, and she said she would go talk to someone. After a moment Alex comes to the window, which is confusing cause I thought he was "at the store". He says to me " I can do ONLY the potatoes and the shredded beef". So instead of makings the plates and getting them right this time, he was going to give me the items that were missing off our plates yesterday. Which wouldn't do us any good, since we didn't have the rest of our plates anymore.. BTW, we threw away half of our food from the day before because the food wasn't what we ordered or wanted. Thank you Alex, for taking good care of your...
Read moreDelicious breakfast burritos. Went one day and came back a few days later to enjoy another one with my husband. We ordered through the drive thru two steak and egg burritos and two sides of sour cream. The employee repeated the order back and I confirmed again, two steak and egg burritos and two sides of sour cream. We got to the window, paid and pulled forward to wait for our order like instructed. When the food came out, a different employee said “two bacon and egg burritos?” I replied no, we had steak and egg. She was visibly annoyed and was very rude. She told us to pull around the side. So we did and we waited another 10 minutes or so. This time a different employee came out and brought the correct burritos, he said “you said bacon and eggs” I said no I said steak and eggs. Morale of this long review is that the burritos are delicious but with how rude the employees were for a mistake that THEY made make me not want to return. I suggest making sure you get a receipt and verify they correctly enter your items otherwise you will get the wrong food or when you notify them of it being incorrect they will be blatantly rude and accuse you of...
