I feel really bad About giving the dominoes in my hometown a one star but after my husband and I tried ordering from online we made a mistake on a pizza and forgot to put cheese on it and we literally said it was our fault The manager on shift said he wouldn’t remake it for us because it was our fault my husband and I felt very unappreciated and never wanted to go back to a Domino’s we understand mistakes happen so we tried calling the Domino’s in Washington and they gladly replaced it and said yes I we’ll remake it because we want to keep our customers. We even brought back our pizza with no cheese on it to show them that we just wanted a pizza with cheese what’s a pizza with no cheese and we didn’t want to feel as if we were paying 15 bucks out just to throw out our food. Read moreI tried to order through your website last night. Got technical difficulties everytime I tried to submit the order. I tried the app, it wasn't loading. I called in, first person was struggling to hear me through static on their line and had to shout at other employees to answer the other phone. Called back and things werequieter. . Second guy took my order no problems. When the pizza arrived it was disgusting. Nobody could stand to eat it. I don't understand why Domino's pizza has become worse than little Cesar's! Even with extra cheese there was barely cheese. The hand tossed was barely thicker than a thin crust and way too tough. If they skipmped anymore on the toppings my pizza would have been topless! The cheesy bread was burnt and the Lava cakes were overcooked too.

Read moreIt was good pizza but when I went to pick it up the doors were locked at 11:43 and I already bought my food online (they close at 12AM) I tried to go in both doors but they were locked. I knocked on both the glass doors and the 3 employees inside ignored me. I didn’t know what to do so I went to the front glass and knocked again ignored. I was going to go back to my car to cancel the order but as I was walking to my car 2 employees walked outside one with a delivery and the other leaving for the night, again ignored. Finally I walked to the front and put my phone up to the window with my order and the manager let me in finally. (It was raining during all of this) the manager apologized and said they had an angry customer calling in with threats…? Eh i guess I believe him but it was a bit frustrating being ignored like that.
