at 829am I drove up to the restaurant in the snow because Scooters was closed I originally ordered a brown sugar latte and decided to change the order, but the person on the speaker failed to tell me that the drink was made with whole milk wich I'm lactose intolerance so I was expecting her to add coconut milk as a sub so I get to the window and tried telling Rebecca the person working the window that I wanted to change the milk after asking her whats the ingredients and she said whole milk so asked her to change the ingredient to coconut she told me I'm just going to refund you the money and handed me the money in a very angry manner so then I said I can go around back in the drive thru and reorder she told me because shes not remaking a drink I can go to another dunkin 2 exits down but she refuses to serve me and so I asked her whos the manager and she stated I am the regional manager and what I say goes and she threw the receipt to me and told me if I have a problem I can complain online is this really how your business model is do yall really tell someone no just because they get a upset stomach to whole milk I get that I should have said that before arriving to the window but I was distracted by my 5yr old daughter in the car that also wanted something to drink I will not be returning at this location again but yall need to...
Read moreMy family was excited when this new Dunkin’ Donuts location opened near us...but we were disappointed to continuously deal with less than mediocre service. Today was the last time & we will no longer be making trips/purchases to this location.
I was with my mother going through the drivetru line on Saturday morning, March 27th. We ordered some breakfast sandwiches & 25 pack of munchkins. When we get to the window, my mom decides she wanted to add one more item to her order, a box of a dozen donuts. The employee, Mary, at the window was less than thrilled, despite my mom politely asking to add one more item to our order. After all, it makes for a larger transaction & when you come to Dunkin’, who doesn’t change their mind about wanting donuts after all? After politely asking, Mary said: “Well it depends.” My mom taken back, but proceeds to ask for the dozen donuts. She refused to add to our order because “there’s people in front of you and in back of you.” There was no one in front of us & only one car behind us. She then proceeds to say “we could always get in line again.” Excuse me? Not everyone has the time & luxury to do that. Mary was simply lazy and didn’t care to change and or start the...
Read moreThose lids and cups on the hot drinks isn’t cutting it. They drip and leak all over the place. They make a mess in the vehicles, the drinks burn your hands…
I have to order straight black hot coffee bc they don’t offer powdered creamer. Not a big fan of the after taste all the other forms they offer, and they never put in enough sugar no matter which location you visit or how much you ask for. DD is not very Lactose Intolerant or dairy allergy friendly.
The last round I was there with my kids all the staff were stuck behind the counter six people, and no one cleaning tables. The tables were a mess. They had even forgotten my son’s order. I don’t understand how that happens with six people taking care of orders. Finally after 10 minutes one employee asks if something was missing after we had been sitting there waiting. I get it, they are inundated with no fault of their own and location is tiny. The coffee industry is huge, I used to sell it.
These big corporations need to start paying their employees better, offer better products, hiring more, and training better is all I am saying.
I gave the service a five because they are trying their best and I love seeing...
