I am writing this review after having reached out to Panera customer service and received an inadequate response. 1/23 I put in a large online order for a company lunch here at my office. In the order I specified a phone number to call AND I placed specific instructions on how to use the phone in front of the elevator on the first floor in order to get directly up to me so I can take the food. Instead of calling any of the numbers listed OR following the instructions (which I still have here on the receipt) the delivery driver did not let anyone know he had arrived, and was going to leave with our order until someone unauthorized allowed him up to the floor(which should not have happened but this is beside the point). Before I was able to get back up to our floor, because I was running up and down the elevator trying to catch him, he was unacceptably rude to three other employees in the office, making demands and berating that there were no instructions, which there very clearly were. He tried to have someone sign the receipt without verifying who they were or if the order was for them at all, and for a $130 check this isn't secure for anyone. He then proceeded to throw the food on my desk and proceeded to leave before ensuring everything was in order. Mind you this is all on camera. After all of this I contacted support and gave them the information I could with the 500 character limit, letting them know I wanted to actually SPEAK to someone to give the rest of the details, however all I received were two automated responses talking about how my complaint has been heard, we appreciate this and that. Therefore i am airing my experience on what platforms I have available due to Panera's inability to address the issue with me. Read moreMy fiancee and I decided last night to order some Panera and have a movie night. Roughly twenty minutes after the food was supposed to have been delivered I called to make sure they hadn't forgotten about us and the manager apologized and said things were slow because of the snow which was totally understandable. Forty minutes after that I refreshed the "track your order" page and a message popped up saying that the order was cancelled which I thought was odd so I called again to see what that was about. The manager apologized and said he was about to call me to let me know the order was cancelled because his delivery driver quit in the middle of his shift. It was about 8:40pm at this point so I really didn't want to cook this late so I asked if the food was ready and if so, if I could just drive there and pick it up and he said I could. I drive a RWD car and it was snowing so my fiancee offered to drive if I'd run in to grab the food. When I walked in the lady at the counter gave me the bag of food and she even gave me a cookie for my fiancee to apologize for the inconvenience. I had my wallet out ready to pay for the food but the lady at the counter said it was already taken care of. I thought that was incredibly kind to not only compensate the meal but to also give us a cookie. We'll definitely be giving them our business...
Read moreJust about the worst place for customer service and help. I will NEVER. go back there again. I needed help at the drive through because the sun was causing a huge blare on the menu board. I asked what salads were available with the flat bread pizza and was told, " do you want me to tell you all of them?" I guess it was a huge inconvenience to share with me what the side salads were. I told her to forget my order and drove through without food. I then pulled into the parking lot and called the store MOD. She was as usless as the one taking my original order. Perhaps the same one taking my original order? I will never go to this location again. I will never go to Panara again. And for clarity, this is not the first time of bad experiences at this particular location. Done with this company!!!
