Update: I have given them a few more chances and 6/10 times more food order is messed up. How can you mess up wings??? They come HALF plain almost every time. They were even worse than the original photo before… I really wanted this to be our regular date spot but the food quality is constantly all over the place… time to make our regular date spot a different place in town…

Update: They wanted a chance to fix the issues so I gave them another chance. The food this time was hot and my wings were more covered. A server brought my mozzarella sticks to a different table and then tried to bring it to us. Our waitress immediately said “The no touch table rule, please get them new ones”. This Applebees has the best waitresses across the board! I have been to many many restaurants and you that usually they one have a couple good waitresses/ waiters. That is not the case at this business. The whole wait staff in general is great at what they do. I hope the kitchen can continue to put out better food so the wait staff can get the tips they deserve! Great service AND great food. Thanks Applebee’s for making it right! We will be back again.

I love Applebees! It is my favorite place to get late night food especially because it’s half price. It’s Applebees so I expect sub-par food in general which is another reason why I like it. You come in without high expectations. The food tonight didn’t even hit the subpar line for me sadly. My husband and I got honey BBQ wings, hot wings and mozzarella sticks. The BBQ wings weren’t fully sauced so some of them were dry. The ranch container was really small compared to other Applebees which sucked and you only got 2 pieces of celery. All the food was warm, not hot which was unfortunate. The service on the other hand was great Irais was our server and she was very attentive while working 5 + tables. Last Sunday, my son and I stopped in for a meal between the lunch and dinner rushes. It was the least busy I've seen it; there were only a few tables occupied. The waitress came to the table next to ours, brought them water, left, came back to take their orders, left, came back with their food and left again. She made eye contact with me but turned her head up and walked away. We weren't even asked if we wanted water. After my son noted that we had been there over 25 minutes, we realized they didn't want us there for some reason, so we left. My son said staff sneered at us on the way out.

I don't understand. My son and I are not disreputable people. I am a semi-retired businessman and my son is an electronics tech. We were well dressed, well-mannered. Neither of us drink alcohol, smoke or use drugs. We weren't wearing MAGA hats or any other garb that might have offended anybody. Our conversation centered around a home improvement project we were working on that day, not anything controversial. The only thing I can think of that would distinguish us from others is that we are QUakers, but I don't think anyone there would have known that. We were both as polite and respectful as we always are. If we had said or done something someone didn't like, I wish they would have told us so that we could have worked on improving ourselves.

Is there a zero option… only reason I am guessing they get service on Monday’s is because everything else is closed? Had to ask for our silverware and waters, got an app but no plates? Never asked after we needed anything, needed ketchup and salt and pepper My friend wanted just a grilled cheese and they have a grilled cheese hamburger so she asked for it without meat and the bartender looked like we were speaking a foreign language. … okay all this is fine BUT her sandwich was cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted. This is the best her soup was cold as well. The bartender didn’t apologize for it being cold, said she would go get a plate to re-heat it (um cross contamination, her soup had already been ate out of, so what about everything else that goes in there, what if she had some weird disease)… she literally just reheated it (still cold) and at that point we were done.
