This was a good place to go and support but not anymore. I would give negative stars if I could. The owner's wife Nita, Is very greedy. She wait's tables instead of management since it is her business. She barely speaks english and is not a good server. But yet every time a four top or bigger comes in, she takes the table from these poor servers. Leaving them with all the small two top tables to barely make any money. They have to help her do her work. Because she can't ever keep up and she's not a good server. She doesn't understand what people are ordering. And then she lies about tips and does not fairly tip out and makes these poor kids tip out bar staff and greeters, while her and her other family sit around and and take the good tables. They could be doing the bar work instead. They take tables stealing tips from these kids, making them tip out staff where they could be doing that job as management. Big town people ripping off small town kid's.I will never support them again. Very disappointed in the turnout of this restaurant and the poor...
Read moreHadn't been in since Roma took over the space. Was in on a Saturday night with family. Called to check if reservations were needed and they weren't (except for large parties.) The atmosphere was very relaxed and the wait staff was eager to please. I ordered their Meat Lovers pizza and was very surprised by the size (14" at least) and the speed. It was really tasty, fantastic crust, good quantity pepperoni and sausage and a good sauce. Family members ordered ravioli, shrimp scampi, lasagna, all to good reviews. No one left hungry and prices were very reasonable, shrimp dishes around $20 and everything else around $16. Our waitress was excellent and the rest of the staff were friendly and accommodating as well. My family volunteered it was my birthday so I got a rousing rendition of the Happy Birthday song and a free huge slice of Italian Wedding Cake. I'll be back for the pizza I guarantee you. I highly recommend Roma's....
Read moreI came here to try this place for lunch after seeing the pictures posted of their food and the reviews other people left. I was excited to try this place, but was disappointed and had left unsatisfied. The service was great though.
I ordered the shrimp alfredo which was a $23 plate. The person I was with had ordered a ravioli dish. The portions of food were ridiculously small and lacked in taste for the price being charged. For two sweet teas and two very small portioned plates, the bill was right at $52! Unfortunately, this restaurant will only be a one time visit for me due to pricing and portion sizes.
If you are someone who makes a wealthy income, this place is perfect, but if you are the average jo looking for a decent meal at a decent price, I would not recommend at all. You'd get way better tasting food at much larger portions for half the cost at...
