I ordered online got confirmation that my order was received and would be ready at designated time. When I showed up the employee informed me that they were out of Roast beef didn’t offer any kind of compensation refund anything just looked at me like I was inconsiderate for not wanting to change my order. I had to ask when my order would be ready he had no clue went to the back asked and said maybe 10 minutes I waited for my order… much longer than 10 minutes I NEVER received an apology or offer of compensation…when I FINALLY got my order everything was barely warm fries were soggy and stale NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN TREATED SO POORLY BY A FAST FOOD CHAIN WHEN THEY WERE CLEARLY IN THE WRONG!!! Read moreOk I have to leave a review now. I came to Arby’s a few days ago and ordered 2 Cajun Fish. Got home and the fish were not Cajun, just normal. So I go to Arby’s tonight and tell them and order 2 more “Cajun” fish and when I get home I want not had one fish Sandwich. NOT HAPPY! I called and spoke with the manager and explain the situation. The manager offered to give me two free fish sandwiches the next time I came in. I told him I would be there shortly because I wanted my dinner. So they had the fish ready for me when I got there. The manager also gave me a card for a free meal the next time I come in. I would have given this review only one star but because the manager gave me the free meal I’m giving it to stars. Read moreThe stars earned are from the kind way they handle mistakes, and the fact that I love their food. But come on! They forget the sauce packets requested every time! And today, well they also gave me the wrong item. They are quick to get me my sauces after I park and walk in to let them know of the mistake, and today they replaced the incorrect item for the one I had ordered. I use the drive thru because it's easier thank unloading all the kids when we're out running errands, and although their new building is really nice, I go through the drive thru for a reason. I don't generally like leaving negative reviews, especially if they fix the mistake. But this has happened at this location every time!
