Only give 4 stars because there's not really anything for dining outside. Also it's the one time I've been there in the last 15 years, there was a scared 8 to 10 week old ADORABLE kitten that kept trying to creep up to the drive thru window for food, I'm sure. It was incredibly heartbreaking to see the hungry little furry baby out there hungry & afraid! It would run into bushes & trees near the first drive thru window when cars came close to it. The carload of beautiful, kind & concerned young ladies in front of us hung around with my friends and me as we searched the entire parking lot/bushy area. But it would hide deep in bushes going from one to the next, quietly and hide from humans, too. We did inform the drive thru employee, who only replied "Oh no, really??" , with a slight pause before saying a simple.. "Awww."!! We lingered past closing, quietly searching when hearing just 2 or 3 loud meows that sounded like it was scared to death and calling out for it's parents or it's owners. Still, no luck catching it. I called the police station, asked if they had an after hours animal control person (better an animal shelter than to be hit by 35-40 mph vehicle!!), the dispatch officer said no, and that they don't come out for (stray) cats anyway. That they will for dogs or whatever but no longer handle cats! By the time I got home I was so sad for that kitten & exhausted. I truly hope he reunited with its mom & siblings or owner!! I just knew the employees weren't going to at least try to report it to animal control, despite being very slow before closing time. It is possible it came out and an employee took it home and kept it. But that was my adventurous trip to this place. Not that I won't go there again sometime, it's just not a place I go because I'm almost never in this area. Kinda disappointed that the employee we spoke to was completely indifferent. Being an animal lover, a cat mom and big hearted, I feel a little put off now though. Nothing against the place or anyone employed there and the food was fresh and tasted good. I will say that I truly believe, that if we could've sat at an outside table it would have approached for food, we could've easily found that fluffy cutie a great forever home very easily. I think just so everyone out scouring such a small area and calling it probably made it scared a little more, that's why it kept hiding. So, yeah this place good for dine in & drive thru! It's a nice, clean facility with handicap accessible parking & entry as well as dining area and restrooms! Of course, affordable and fast, lots of room to park and eat as well! Not much for shaded areas to do so, but it is just a skip away from a Fred Meyer and lots of other business and a nearby motel and even a beautiful golf course across the street..and a big car wash center! Good location for those passing through off Yellowstone HWY / maybe a quick stop if heading up to Heise Hot Springs! You'll have just enough time between eating and getting there to spend the day swimming/camping! I have a review on...
Read moreI decided to go into the lobby & order my food to go. Rather than sitting in the drive thru wasting gas; Especially since it was a nice evening, around 7pm on May 3rd.
Slightly busy buuuuuuuuuut, I walk up and Only one customer ahead of me! Yesssssssss 😁
Then his ordering took over 9 mins! 😑😑😑
& he had to go retrieve his wallet out of the car.. 😡
But we've all been there, So no judgement.. besides my impatience.. 🙄😅
HOWEVER #@$%!
About 10+ other staff members never assisted at all!!! Easily visible to all customers in the lobby. These crew, including some not on an active station, (and even worse, including some members of management,) Just kinda laughed & conversed with each other. Talking about after work plans. Lazily lounging around... looking at the screen occasionally. Maybe every min or so, one of them, out of the entire group, would put a napkin in a bag! Or make sure an order of fries would be ready for someone..
I mean, not actually working to prep them. Ha that would make sense. More like a parrot, repeating the order verbally. Speaking the requirements of the order to the other crew on their stations.
Maybe it would go faster, if they actually helped and worked and set the pace and example?
Pretty sure the crew thats on the assembly line, can read the damn monitors! 😠 Or they are placed elsewhere to work!
And none of them offered to jump on a register to help the ONE CREW MEMBER ON FRONT...
Or bother to even ask what my order would be, to help expedite the situation.
So 12 to 15 mins later.. 🤬🤬
I placed my order for 2 Mchicken with no mayo.
(To Go.) 😑😁
So literally, (bun, lettuce, chicken patty, bun) and repeat.
Put in bag, give to customer..
Easy, right?
WRONG! 😡😡
So 12 more mins go by! And my order is finally ready?
All without any update or apologies as to the delay.. 🤬🤬🤬
It could have cooked outside, on the sidewalk, in the sunset, faster then they cooked it!! No joke, remember it was a nice evening 🤡😵
Soooooo my point being....
27 TO 30 MINS, FOR SOME DRY CHICKEN, WITH LETTUCE AND BREAD IS ANNOYING!
BUT IF I WAS SERVED PROPERLY. AND PERHAPS, IT HAPPENED TO TAKE THAT LONG TO CORRECT AN ERROR. I WOULD BE ALRIGHT WITH IT. MAYBE IRRITATED BUT QUICKLY GONE AFTER I ATE MY FOOD.
INSTEAD, I ATE HALF OF MY ORDER AND THREW IT AWAY. DUE TO THE EXPERIENCE.
MANAGERS SHOULD BE LEADERS NOT BOSSES!
I HOPE THE OWNER READS REVIEWS!

Read moreThis is the worst McDonald's in town I believe 😑. I purchased the 2 cheeseburger meal Como size medium through the drive through window. I was rudly ignored to start with then at the window was charged for an entire family's meal nor just a single medium meal. Getting the second window to pick up my food and again was met by e very unhappy employee whom apparently can't tell the difference in a hot bag or cold bag of food. I still had to ark and check my bag there were no fries and the cheese on both burgers wad just slapped on them it hadn't even melted enough for the corner the chese to mold of the meat. After taking it back inside and 30 minutes later I was once again met witha very unfriendly and grouchy manager who thrust the bag at my chest and turned and stomped off like a child throwing a tantrum. . I had had enough so I just left.... with again no soda and when I opened my bag I had only 1 cheeseburger and no fries the second time around . If your employees or managers are so miserable at work that they are unable to perform thier job duties with the public everyday with a smile or at least friendly customer service. I tjink i would be taking a look at what is causing such I'll mannerism from my employess and fix the problem before thier is no more customers you have to wait on.or find a different line of workthat does not include customer...
