My wife and I stopped by for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and we both asked the same question: what took us so long to come here?? The food was fantastic—very reasonably priced and left us full and satisfied. They serve Pepsi products, along with your choice of curly fries, tots, or regular French fries. So far, we've tried the chicken strips, regular fries, country gravy, French dip, chili cheese burger, meatloaf with brown gravy, and even sampled their coconut cream pie. We've had a great experience with all of them! I will say the regular fries aren’t my favorite, but that’s just a personal preference—I’m a sucker for seasoned curly fries. Tonight, we also tried their broccoli cheddar soup and Salisbury steak, and once again, everything was spot-on. The fries were crispy and perfectly cooked. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, and the interior really captures the feeling of a 1950s-style diner, complete with classic booth seating, framed car photos, hanging plants, and retro touches like the Pepsi-Cola condiment caddies. It's got a relaxed, welcoming vibe that makes it easy to enjoy your meal. The building’s exterior is a bit aged, which honestly contributed to us overlooking it for too long—but that was absolutely our loss. We’ve immensely enjoyed every visit and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for great American comfort food at a fair price, served in a fun and nostalgic atmosphere.

We got there for a late brunch and there was a bit of a wait. When we were seated the waitress was prompt about taking our drink order and brought them out to us pretty quick that is when the wait started. We waited for the waitress to come back and take our food order. We asked about the chicken fried steak to see if it was hand breaded in house or if it was frozen and she told us she didn't know if it was hand breaded but it was breaded. We placed our order and got a refill on our coffee one time then waited again for about 20 minutes. The cold West starving plates in the window 2 high and the waitresses were just standing around. When a plate fell is the counter that is when they started to take food to customers. When we finally got our food my hash browns looked like the cook was super upset about something because they were so over done and burnt that the individual hash brown pieces were separated it was like eating a plate of match sticks. It was horrible. My son's food looked like a big pile of mush, we did learn that the chicken fried steak was a frozen one not fresh. The only one in our party that enjoyed their food was my husband. He loved his Ruben. To top off our experience when we were getting ready to leave a waitress dropped a cup that had ice and silverware in it. Another waitress, who earlier was leaving on the counter and eating her friends food, walked over and told her, great job now clean it up and walked away. OUR waitress walked over and helped her clean up the mess. I felt sorry for...

Everything about my experience at Eddie's was first rate. From the moment I walked in until walking out the door they simply did everything right. There was a very ebullient and charming hostess who greeted us as soon as we entered. She made no delay in conveying us to our table and making the initial inquiries as to who wanted coffee, etc. As we were being seated a waitress mindfully observed our arrival and wasted no time introducing herself and beginning to serve. The food was delicious and the kitchen was fast in the preparation of it also. Throughout the entire time there our waitress remained vigilantly attentive to our every need and she did so with great skill and composure, she never expressed anything other than a ready willingness to provide whatever was required. The whole place just hummed with a positive unity of purpose. All of the various staff functioned as a cohesive unit with the singular purpose of providing the most enjoyable experience possible to their patrons. It is obvious to me that the management at this restaurant really cares about their customers and knows how to create a positive environment for their staff and the people they serve. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment, it is an excellent example of the service and quality that used to be the...
