Today I ordered the family 4 crispy chicken sadwitch, 4 tenders and a side I chose macaroni to be delivered. Doordash delivered. The doordash worker was amazing not her fault at all!!!! She said she noticed no biscuits so she told them and they put them in. I go inside my house after the dasher driver left and opened the bag and it also is missing the 4 chiken tenders. I called they put my name in a bookand said sorry. And I drove back across town to get them.Whats the point in using delivery service if I have to drive up there anywase because the popeye chicken employees don't make sure everything on the order was in the bag. I know they use the reciept to look at to know what all goes in the order! It was a family meal with 6 biscuits added. I ordered because I was doing yard work. The tenders were for a 4 year old. Very upset little 4 year old. Who was excited watching as dasher got closer. Like seriously. It said everything on reciept clearly! The macaroni I threw away had a shot glass full of grease on top floating in it. Tasted bland like just noodles and grease no flavor. I took videos unfortunately it wont let me upload . Ive never gotten a sandwich from them or macaroni. Thought to try something new. Never again will I !! Even McDonalds, Arbys, hardees etc are better! The sandwitches were covered in grease looked smashed, slapped halfway together and thrown into wrapper. Ya no I couldn't finish the dog ate rest. Read moreWent through the drive-thru today. Ordered food at about 1:10 pm (two 12 piece combos). When I pulled up to pay there were 2 cars pulled ahead of me that had paid, but were waiting for food. I paid and the employee handed me my drinks and asked me to pull into a stop in the parking lot. I watched as they slowly brought food to the other 2 cars. I waited about 10 more minutes (25 minutes from the time I ordered) and I went ahead and drove around the building and back up to the window. It took a few minutes before someone came and opened the window to talk to me. I watched them hand food to people inside the restaurant. Finally by the time someone I told them I had been waiting 30 minutes by then. They told me they were just cooking it now and it would be done soon. I told them I just wanted a refund because at this point I don't even have enough time to eat the food, but if they haven't even cooked it yet it was just too long. I also told them that they should definitely inform people when they order that it's going to be at least 30 minutes so they don't have to waste their time like I did. I got my refund, but got no apology for the wait. They seemed very indifferent. From someone who's worked in customer service for years, in many industries, this was pretty bad.

Read moreI visited the Marion, IL location on Monday. It was my first & last visit. I placed a mobile order & it said online that I could go through the drive-thru or come inside. I went through the drive thru & they refused to give me my order unless I came inside. I said I have to come inside even though the app says I can go through the drive thru & she said yes. I asked for a refund & they said they couldn’t do it & that I would have to on the app. I went inside to get my food & was told they were out of their regular chicken sandwich & asked if I wanted the other. I said no can I just get a refund. Then the manager told me that I had to do it myself on the app. I said ok, will you show me where to go to on the app? She said no I can’t. I was flabbergasted. Very poor customer service! I can’t imagine talking to my customers that way. I said that’s fine, I’ll call corporate & speak to them. She said ok thanks, have a good night.
