This was the worst service I have ever received! We were greeted by a woman that spoke Spanish first rather than English. When my wife requested English the worker then took our order and we paid but never received a receipt. We sat at the window waiting for our food and we were waived to pull forward to window 1. We sat there for a couple of minutes when a Male employee opened the window and attempted to give me someone else cookies. He left looking confused when we told him that was not our order. We then sat there and watched people pay and receive their food at the window behind us.we were there approx 12 minutes when my wife went in to find out what was up and to find our order of food. She had to tell them that we are in the drive way still waiting for our food and when the woman that took our order saw my wife she waved for someone else to deal with her rather than helping her. She found out after pointing out the longest timer still running was us and also found out our order was not filled yet. The worker said sorry and filled our order and when asked to please repete our order back to us because we did not get a receipt and we wanted to make sure it was our order the worker said it's all there. I have to believe the first order taker withheld our receipt and our order on purpose I'm thinking with out the reciept we cant give feedback on her. This is highly un professional and not to mention rude. I work every day in retail sales and would lose my job( rightly so ) if I treated customers that way. The way I look at it i need them as my customer way more than they need me as the company providing services. I would like a response back not just a poor apology and I will talk to her ( that's the response my wife recieved). Thank you. I will most likely not go back to that location again and will surely tell friends and family about my experience...
Read moreHorrible staff. Was treated poorly by staff, and I believe it was racially motivated. I attempted to come in the restaurant at roughly 9:45 am. A woman opened the door and told me " you go drive thru" with a very thick accent I asked, "is breakfast being served" she said " I told you go drive thru" and slammed the door in my face, almost hitting me with the door. I turned to go to the drive thru and a man that saw the interaction yelled for me and said " come inside there are people already inside". When I walked in I was shocked at how many people were dining inside of the restaurant. The man that she opened the door for, as well as everyone else in the restaurant, were Hispanic.. I am a Italian man, raised in Tijuana and wife is Hispanic.. I placed my order, asked for a manager and waited. Manager came, also Latino, and I explained what had took place. All she said was " So what should I do" with an attitude. I expressed that what had happened was unacceptable and all she said was " Ok thank you " again with an attitude. I asked how I can reach a general manager and she said " call number on receipt " and walked away.
I've never felt so disrespected or offended in my life. I will reach out to corporate along with my info and receipt number. I will say this...In my opinion, stay away from this McDonald's at all costs.. I am going to make sure that I tell this story every chance I get. Horrible. Read moreI use to love coming here till my last two purchases. I like to order using the app as i can customize my order. For my hamburger i request no pickle or mustard and extra onion thats not what i received. No extra onion with pickle and mustard. I hate the taste of pickle and mustard. On top of that the patties where overcooked and falling apart like whoever prepared the burgers was very upset. The other hamburger i asked simply for extra ketchup but didn't get that either. Now usually the customization appear on the recipt. They were not. In fact what was on the receipt was extra salt i requested on the fries. They did not have extra salt and tasted bland. If its too much of an inconvenience to follow simple instructions whomever is preparing the food here need to get their act together or quit instead of ruining people's orders because that burger made me feel sick to my stomach.
