We sent a parcel for a government PO Box on Friday afternoon opting for a next day early delivery so it can be received by Monday at 8AM. The girl on the counter said that since it is a PO box, it cannot receive parcels on weekends. Hence, the parcel can only be ship out on Monday and be delivered on Tuesday at 6PM. Ok, we agreed but I have this gnawing feeling that we can have it received by Monday. So, we went back Saturday but unfortunately, they were already closed. We went again on Sunday, opted to cancel the shipment since it was not encoded in the system yet. JORDAN, the lone employee by that time, said the parcel will be shipped out thru USPS that’s why it does not appear in the UPS tracking site. We wanted to have the shipment cancelled and move to FedEx but after texting on the phone, and clicking some keys on the PC, she ended up saying that the parcel was already picked up by USPS so she cannot return it to us anymore. And though shipment date indicated in the receipt is Monday, it could be in transit already and be received earlier than Tuesday. I was pacified by this information. And so off we went to celebrate my child’s birthday.
However, when I was tracking the parcel, it appears that it was only received by USPS on Monday afternoon. I was so annoyed by this but there’s nothing I can do. It shows in the tracker that it was delivered to the recipient on Wednesday afternoon.

Read moreThe experience was horrible this morning. My wife went into the UPS store and from the start received attitude from an employee claiming his name was Muarice. My wife has the employee to please print images onto a shirt in which the employee began to huff deny the service, and proceeded to turn his back and text someone while my wife stood there waiting for service. Finally my wife decided to go to a different location because the customer service was so bad. The crazy thing was she received the same service from another employee at this location the previous day, his name was David. No problem great service. After my wife told me about the incident, I called the store and asked to speak to Maurice, the individual who answered the call said there is no one at this location by that name in which I said my wife was just down there and received horrible service by someone and he said yes your wife was here and my name is Marcelo not Maurice. I asked him why did you say Maurice then? He explained that he denied the service because he has been told not to use paper provided by people on the outside, in which I explained my wife doesn't know that and how is it fair that she gets the service one day and not the next? Overall, the experience was horrible and we will not be returning to this location and we will be telling our friends and family about...
