I cannot rave about this place enough! This hidden gem needs to be discovered because the quality and intention behind each detail of this place is spectacular.
The menu had tons of great options for both breakfast and lunch, from sandwiches and burgers to breakfast bowls and waffles, they made it hard to choose. Safe to say we will be back again to try more in the future, especially with their menu being updated seasonally to keep things fresh and exciting.
We settled on the Veggie Bowl and Savory Waffles which were both to die for and tasted even better than they appeared, which was impressive! I especially liked that everything tasted fresh and came well seasoned and so flavorful there was no need to add hot sauce, although they had a great selection of those as well. The curry aioli that came along with the veggie bowl was a delicious and unique touch to an already tasty meal too.
The portions were generous enough that we saved half of each plate for later so we could indulge in one of their beautiful pastries, which to my surprise were all gluten free! It’s wonderful to know anything on the menu can also be made gluten free as well.
The cookie was giant, soft and delicious without too many chocolate chips to distract from the actual flavor of the cookie itself which was not overly sweet, with just a touch of sea salt that I thoroughly enjoyed.
The owners behind the counter were friendly and welcoming, even to my little chihuahua girl who is normally quite shy. There is a great little market section with local and hand crafted goods to check out while you wait and the bathroom was cute and very clean which I appreciated. I love the vibe of the outdoor patio seating with fresh flowers that are also for purchase as well.
I can’t wait to come back and visit again soon and am happy to make the trip down to imperial beach just for this experience. I am looking forward to seeing this business grow and continue to thrive within its community for many years to come. Show your support and be sure to bring friends and family alike to enjoy all this place has to offer. Whether grabbing a quick coffee and pastry or dining in, this place is sure to...

I meet here as often as i can. The ambiance is clean and open and great for observing a little "Classic IB" neighbor and a little bit of Palm Ave traffic. Always something to be seen.
Way nicer than I thought as I rarely see customers. It's just the hours. They are usually only open weekends, they have a small family staff jt seems. I can respect that and come when they are available to serve!
Great coffee, clean and cute place . Amazing food and bakery items too!!! Check it, worth it.
I don't partake, but there are lots of "fussy diet options". I'm always asked if regular milk is OK on my cappuccino, so they have lots of options.
They decorate their food with local flowers which are also found on the tables fresh everyday. Very nice touch. Small inside, but you only have to order there. There's cool swag to buy from local artists and to be honest, I could walk out spending quite a bit on gifts if I wanted but.. Must control!
Walking or biking over if you have the ability is recommended. Handicap friendly, not tons of parking, but enough since locals know to walk/run/jog/bike with a friend. I've come before in a wheelchair and shortly after.
Not too far from the beautiful estuary with walk/bikeway just north. Now there's some fancy places to get beer and coldpressed coffee, but that's not for me. Breathtaking views of Southbay, including the Coronado Bridge, the salt mines, the Silver Strand and more. The entrance to the bike path that goes up the silver strand and all the way thru Chula,I'm actually not entirely sure as I have never ridden it or walked it all the...
Read moreMy fiancée and I were looking for breakfast when we came across Millport and we were blown away. As soon as you open the door the smell of fresh baked pastries, home style cooking and strong coffee welcomed us in like a warm hug.
The menu is seasonal and curated to provide some amazing takes on breakfast favorites and everything can be made gluten free. There’s plenty of options without being an overwhelming selection and it was tough to pick what to eat. We settled on a veggie bowl and savory waffle with a whipped ice coffee and I cannot express how quickly my jaw dropped when I saw the food coming our way.
Beyond being delicious the portions were HUGE! The veggies were all super fresh and cooked to a tender perfection. The waffles came with 4 of them sandwiching heirloom tomatoes, bacon, avocado and pickled onions. Step aside chicken and waffles, there’s a new savory sweet breakfast champ in town.
We grabbed a giant cookie and an extra shot of espresso before leaving and had a chance to speak with the owners. If you were to come for the food alone you could get a taste of the passion, intention and love they have for their business. They partner with local farms and roasters to provide a space where culinary artists can come together to serve their community in the most delicious way possible.
Imperial Beach doesn’t know what they have with this restaurant and I hope they get the attention and patronage...
