Sharco Coffee Lab — Restaurant in Imperial Beach

The coconut sorbet bowl was outstanding! Not too sweet at all and it was a hefty portion. It includes mochi, roasted coconut, black sesame infused condensed milk, black sesame seeds, matcha powder, mint, crunchy granola, pineapple, and a small layer of mango sorbet.

Will definitely be coming back to try out more options! This is a little hidden gem!

I also noticed that Millport offers a back patio experience for private parties and suppers....

Walking into Sharco Coffee i was welcomed with a warm smile and a friendly face. Marco was more than happy to walk me through the current flavors of cold brew available and i loved the bright colors and flavors of the tajín magic acai bowl! My inner child was so happy :) I would definitely recommend the mint cacao, i haven’t had anything like it....

Sharco serves an excellent cold brew in their weekday (Monday through Thursday) takeover of Millport. I prefer the Cafe de Olla with vanilla cold foam but their other options are excellent as well.
